We find that the two refills do not cover the period between deliveries and we have to resort to disposable filter refills. Could the frequency be changed to two monthly? Ray Virr

Thank you for your feedback, our refills are designed to last either 45 days or 200 litres so anyone using a lot of water will need to change them more frequently. We're available at service@phoxwater.com if you would like to let us know when you will next need your order to renew!
