I cannot believe how inefficient this…

I cannot believe how inefficient this company is. I ordered a fitness step and received a balance pad ( wrong item and cheaper too)
I’ve been trying to get the item I ordered and was asked to send photos of the balance pad which I did. They’ve suddenly gone mute and won’t reply to my emails.
I’ve had good relationship with them in the past but they’ve gone from hero to zero. Not sure what’s going on.

I have never received my order which…

I have never received my order which was ordered on 24.11.23 todays date is 16.12.23. I have not a response to any emails I have sent asking about this order. This order was part of a Chrisymas gift for someone that I knew I wouldn't see over Christmas but would be seeing them on Dec 10th so it meant I had to buy them something else. I have requested a full refund. Terrible terrible customer service and I am now unsure if this whole site is a scam. The only reason I trusted it ti begin with was purely because of the high trust pilot score!

Terrible

Terrible, terrible company. I would 100% avoid like the plague. I had ankle surgery and after a month or so of recovery my surgeon said I needed to order an ankle brace. He recommended this site. I ordered one. 9 days later it had not arrived. I emailed they apologied and said they have now sent it. They sent me a tracking link & number which didn’t work. I emailed back and they said they would keep me updated. Another 5 days passed, bear in mind I needed this pretty urgently, nothing had arrived. I emailed back to which the reply was ‘sorry it looks like it’s been lost in the system, we will send you another one.’ Ok I thought.

A day later they emailed back saying that they couldn’t send another as the product was out of stock. Bear in mind this is now over 2 weeks I placed my initial order. At this point I was pretty annoyed and just wanted my money back. They said they would issue a refund. I’ve had to chase this up 3 or 4 times, they said the finance department has issued it and it should be with me within 3-5 working days usually, but sometimes up to 14 days. I’ve had refunds over the years from various companies and they have always been quick. It’s been about a month now since my order and just about 2 weeks since I asked for a refund. I have no product and no refund.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Return address invalid

I received my knee brace which after trying it which was too small.
I contacted Physio room to get the return address they emailed myself with the details.
I bagged. It up with the order number & my names & posted it to the address.
After 3dats I was tracking it Royal Mail said that they couldn’t deliver it & it had gone to the national Returns centre to return to sender.

I contacted RM & they said that they open up the parcel to determine if there is a sender details inside & send it back if no details they discard the parcel.

I contacted physio room & explained & they said we will send you a different address (which has not arrived).

I didn’t add my address to my parcel so it cannot be sent back to myself so have lost my money.

I am kicking myself for not including my address so an expensive lesson learnt.

Physio Room do not care as the address is a shipping address of garden goods aswell.

What a Joke! - Happy to Take My Money But No Dispatch or Delivery

Placed an order and paid for a wrist brace. Got the standard computer generated confirmation of both my order and my payment. Everything went downhill from there. Several days elapsed and still no dispatch of my item. I emailed them using one of their suggested email accounts no reply. After 24 hours I emailed them again on a different email account also provided by them, again no answer. After a further 24 hours I decided to call it was a Saturday they were closed. I waited until Monday by which time my item still had not been dispatched, over a week had elapsed from the order. I phoned them no answer. I waited a few hours and called again, customer service picked up I explained all the issues. No apology for any of the issues. Was told there was an issue at the depot she promised to call me back. I waited several hours no call back. I called them - they had issues at the depot and my item was not dispatched. Still no apology or an explanation for why my emails were ignored. She told me I would get next day delivery I did not. The item has still not been dispatched. It will go to Evri but they do not have it or have any timescales for delivery. What a joke. By this time I have purchased a similar item from Amazon it came in 48 hours free delivery. I still do not have the item. Waiting to see what happens and whether I will request a refund. If I do no doubt they will be equally helpful and efficient. Totally incompetent from start to finish. No plans to buy from them ever again.

Poor after sales and customer service, I wouldn't buy from them again

Placed an order online Friday for a walking boot rich I require after injury and need in order to get mobile again., The browser crashed half way through just as I was making payment so reloaded the browser and completed order. When I got the email order confirmation I noticed that the payment system had defaulted the order to my billing address and not my shipping address. Contacted the company at 8.30 this morning and appraised them of the situation. They told me to email them proof of identity along with the correct shipping address and payment card details so they could also apply the discount code which hadn't been re-applied after the browser crashed. I sent the required information at 9.07 immediately after the phone call and waited to be contacted as advised. At 12.37 I receive an email saying that my item has been shipped, it doesn't mention correction of the shipping address, nor application of the discount code and the subsequent refund which would have been due so I contact them again. ...........Have just spent and extremely frustrating 30 mins on the phone with them to be told that the item has been shipped the wrong address and there is basically nothing they can now do about it and they need to look into it first and will contact me at some point in the future when they know what the situation is!!!.... One of the worst cases of customer services and passing the buck management I've encountered this year. The price of the item was good but I would rather have paid a little bit more and got competent aftersales care and service. As it is I'm purchasing a new boot today from elsewhere and will follow this up in due course which is likely to be a long and protracted process based on my experience so far

Deluxe air foot/ankle fracture boot

Deluxe air foot/ankle boot was purchased to assist with my daughter's rehabilitation of a broken toe and sprained ankle. The boot is comfortable and provides a good level of support. 3 stars given as it took over a week for delivery which meant more time than necessary struggling on crutches.

Terrible company, inept and rude

I ordered 16 pairs of gliders in April and none were sent so I followed up with the company and 1 pair arrived end of May. I wrote and requested the other 15 I’d paid for, 1other pair was sent. I did the same again TWICE and I now have 3 of the 16 pairs I ordered. My recent emails are being ignored despite paying for these in April. Disgusting service. Do not use.

Level of customer care appalling

I trusted this company and the staff but was let down so badly. My ankle boot was faulty, very quickly cs says we will send out a replacement today. Perfect but oh we need to collect faulty one at same time! Here’s where it all went wrong. Collected faulty one, no new one and left me with a fractured ankle no support for over 24 hours. Very let down would never recommend them

I really love my orthopaedic pillow

I really love my orthopaedic pillow! My sleeping has definitely improved other past few weeks of using it.
I had issue with ACL delivery company, but PhysioRoom support team was quick and very responsive. In the end with a little bit of the delay, but I’ve got my pillow. I’m happy that the PhysioRoom was eager to step in and help. Most likely I’ll order again.

Physioroom has taken down my review…

Physioroom has taken down my review because they have stated I never ordered from them.
I ordered 2 items from them in October 22 a boot because I had fractured my ankle this was perfect I also ordered a strap support for when I could remove the boot, unfortunately it wasn't easy to use so I sent it back in November and had to wait until January 2023 for a refund I emailed someone called "Anita" who informed me that they had only just received it in January which I found hard to believe as the post office showed it had been delivered to them in November.
I am extremely annoyed with this company for removing my original comment.
I will ensure that my friends and family will never purchase anything from them.
I have no faith in a company that calls me a liar.
I have proof of the order on my bank statement it came to £41.97 in total.
Unfortunately I cannot find the original order details I still have their boot with their name on it.

Disgustingly poor quality

Disgustingly poor quality. Mini trampoline has barely any bounce to it. It's like bouncing onto a hard floor. Legs were so badly rusted they were difficult to screw on. Photos sent by email to customer service. No response. Cheap pile of crap. Would like to return. I imagine it will cost more to return than the item cost. Looked up the seller on amazon and reviews for this mini trampoline are very poor.

Poor service

Firstly, their special discount code displayed on the top of their page didn't work. Then, I managed to place an order via email, paid paid for 9 foam rollers but the following day I received an email with the order cancellation and notification of a refund.
Two weeks have gone pass and no refund yet!
I sent an email three days ago chasing my refund but no one bothers to respond. I'm really disappointed with their service!!! Really! Think twice before you spend any money with Physioroom!!!

Impossible to return items

Ordered a walking boot for my daughter. It stated it was a size 2-6 but was too big for her size 3 foot.
The website states that customers have only 14 days to return an item and returns cannot be made without first contacting Physioroom. I duly emailed them on the given email address to ask for the returns address but, a week later, have still had no reply, despite sending a follow-up email. No phone number is given and no paperwork was with the delivery. I wonder if they are trying to run down the clock so they can claim the return hasn't been made in time?

Quality knee brace was delivered today

2 days ago I freaked myself out reading these reviews (& others on a seemingly related company) but the Physio Room have followed through & delivered a great knee brace today - 3 days after I ordered it.

Background: I emailed them immediately after I'd ordered to enquire about speeding up delivery (the delivery window on the item was 3 to 5 days but I needed it fast). They didn't respond to that email & I didn't receive an email confirming despatch either.

When there was still no communication the following day, my spidey senses told me I may have been scammed & I found my way here, reading terrible reviews. I started a PayPal claim that day. I'll cancel that claim.

Thank you very much The Physio Room. Your communication is terrible but the knee brace is top quality, comfortable, fits perfectly & it's arrived well within the promised time frame. And for a third of the price they cost elsewhere - & no delivery charges! 5 stars for order number PRN17000 - thank you so much 🙏

Final point: There were no enclosed instructions for using the accompanying kit of flexion/extension stops. You add these little stops to limit & adjust the range of forwards/backwards flex on the brace, which will of course vary throughout recovery. Got to say, as noobs, that kit was daunting to open but it was actually very simple to work out & we quickly had the brace set up comfortably.
