No customer service

The delivery was fine. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size and want to return my items.
As per the delivery instructions I have emailed the company to arrange this but no response. When I telephone there is a brief message saying that the office is closed. Please see opening hours on the website. I cant find theses opening hours.. I have tried to call at all hours of the day and have sent more than one email about this matter .

DO NOT TRUST! THEFT! FALSE REPRESENTATION!

Purchased some essential supports. I am a registered disabled/vulnerable adult. It is currently 8 days since I placed the order and got confirmation emails. Carrier still showing they are waiting for the item. Still waiting for physioroom to contact me. Fixed income and this company has robbed me!
DO NOT TRUST!!

Ordered a knee brace from this company

Ordered a knee brace from this company, and it was very small fitting so returned the item. Heard nothing for 6 weeks, and then chased them for my refund and was advised that they had not received the return and they were very sorry but could not give me a refund. Looking at other reviews this seems to be common, and a tactic used to boost revenue. Basically amounts to theft. My recommendation would be to avoid this company.

Unbelievable!!

Riight , so I ordered a belt fro them!!
They were quick enough sending it out, fair play..
But It didn't fit! so I need to send it back
Wasn't easy at all , had to chase em with emails to ger the return address.

Now two weeks later, after working out for tacked deliver!.
I still haven't got my money back, and the rye not even bothering to reply to my emails.
wouldn't touch this lot with a bargepole, absolutely shocking!

The 21st March, Not only have I still not seen my refund, but they've completely ignores all my emails.. !!!!!!!

Awful after sales and customer service

Awful after sales and customer service.
I purchase an adjustable back stretcher to help my rehabilitation after back surgery. I have used the product no more than 10 times when it snapped and is now unusable. I am a man of 75 kg. At this weight the product should not have failed. I contacted customer support to organise a replacement and they dismissed my claim. They stated as the product was two years old it was not covered under their warranty. A rubbish product from a rubbish company. Do not buy and waste your money.

No refund

Bought a moon boot , free delivery was good and the item was a good price. I had been given one by the hospital by the time this arrived so i contacted them for return delivery address as per the instructions on their website. Tracking tells me they received the item back on 3rd March. I have not had confirmation of this nor have I been refunded. I have emailed the physio room and had zero response so I can only assume I will not see my money again

Avoid

Avoid, I ordered some exercise pedals for my elderly mum....they came wrong. I arranged a return and was promised the right ones would be sent....they never arrived so I chased it up only to eventually find out that the item shown on the website is not even sold by them. Been a few weeks now and still no refund as promised. Appalling service and would never recommend.

IMPOSSIBLE to get a response-missing items in delivery

Delivery took an age, there were also a few items missing from my delivery. I received no email confirmation with a list of items and there was no invoice in the box that came. I have emailed them requesting an invoice and asked regarding the missing items but I have heard nothing back. Better to order with other companies.

Avoid terrible

Order resistance bands, received an email to say they did not have these in stock and I would receive a refund within 5 days, it’s now 28 days and still no refund despite several emails and an enquiry on their webpage. I would definitely recommend not to use this company

I ordered a belt from them.

I ordered a belt from them.. quick to send it out.. but needed to return because didn't fit.. it wasn't easy to return and several pushing emails I got the address to return it to.. now 2 weeks later.. after paying £6 for tracked delivery I still don't have my money back and not responding to emails.
Highly recommend not to use this service.. appalling..

Update 21/11/24. not only have I not received my refund they continued to ignore my emails.. they have now blocked my email address.. off to trading standards it is!

Poor/ slow customer service

Poor/ slow customer service. Placed an order which was supposedly dispatched 2 days later with Evri. Evri tracking stated they were expecting it but hadn't received it. I chased it up a few days later with Physioroom who said they'd look into it with Evri and to allow 24 hours for a response. I didn't hear back so contacted them again using the webchat function. They apologised and stated they'd send a new one out. 3 days later I asked again to see if it'd been dispatched yet and they told me to email them and not use the chat this time, which I did. They responded by telling me one item was now out of stock and that they'd refund me for it. I accepted. 4 days later and no refund, no replacement order or any email communication of any kind.
It's been over 2 weeks and more than half of my emails have been ignored.
3 days ago I did receive an email from a courier telling me my Kybotech parcel would be delivered today. This happened for 3 days in a row. I am not expecting any parcel other than my physio one. The courier told me that Kybotech deal in a variety of items even though it mainly looks like gardening equipment. They also told me that despite being marked as out for delivery each day, they had not physically received the parcel from the merchant. This is all really odd and confusing. I have EDS and desperately need these items as my others were destroyed in the wash.

** I finally received my items and I am happy with them. But would be hesitant in dealing with them again if in a hurry.

Poor after sales service which does not live up to the promises made.

Order from physio room who use Evri as their parcel delivery firm. Evri failed to deliver to the correct address so I have not received my item (Evri's fault).

However, when contacting Physioroom I was advised that I would receive a refund within 3-5 working days. Here we are, 8 working days later and still no refund.

Poor after sales service which does not live up to the promises made.

Do not use this company

A reply to the email received but no indication when my order will be completed. Very poor communication after no reply to further emails. A general acknowledgement or any information as to what's happening would of been helpful but absolutely nothing. Do not use this company they have basically taken my money and not fulfilled the order.

Beware - Very Poor Company to Deal with

UPDATE: 1st SEPT - Conincidence?
Just two hours after EBay raised a case against the seller, I got a notification of dispatch. And today the goods have arrived. (Still no answer to other comms though)

The goods did arrive but..... One of the items has a broken cap/lid, but I can use the item and work around that, and given the fact that they won't communicate, there is no way I am going to try to get a return/refund from them.

In summary ....
- The number on the site never gets answered.
- Comms are via a web chat which is useless.
- Emails are not responded to.
- The transaction/paperwork is from a completely different company and all the phone numbers for that company are dead and the domain for email isn't registered.

I would not deal with this company ever again as if there is a problem, then you won't be able to communicate with them or get a response.
- Goods arrived damaged.

I reviewed this company as 5* in 2014.
However in 2024 - BEWARE.

I Placed an order and got a confirmation. But after 4 days no other comms and the order didn't appear in their site when I logged in, so I tried to check with the company

First Red Flag was that the live chat can't answer anything, they say to email in and expect an answer in 24-48 hours!

Next Red Flag is that any E-mails go unanswered and the phone number on the website is never answered, no matter which option you try.

Third Red Flag was that I'd paid via Paypal and the company name on the paypal transaction is "Store More Garden Buildings Ltd." not physioroom. The phone numbers on the invoices and paypal are all no longer in service (or fake) and the email address on the paypal record is for a domain that is not in service and unregistered.

Very slow dispatch time

Very slow dispatch time, when item was eventually delivered the order was incomplete, follow up email took another week to get a response and although apologetic, the second item in the order has still not been dispatched after 10 days.
Order was place Aug 6th, complete order still not arrived by Aug 27th and counting.

Worst dispatch and deliver service I have ever experienced.

No refund

I returned two items to physioroom, which they confirmed they received. They then refused to pay my refunds for months until they went into administration.

I have not heard anything further so chased the matter and physioroom have now responded saying they were purchased by a new company and so will not honour the refunds as they do not have any records of previous orders - even though I have provided them all the details
