Really happy with one purchase in April 21 however!…
Really happy with the purchase in April 21, however as a returning customer who has obviously received emails before, I am frustrated to realise I am no longer recognised as a returning customer when I try and repeat a buying experience. Does not log me in, password incorrect (it's not) and when resetting password, does not recognise my email address.

Good Service but Admin needs attention
My wife had a slipped disc and was in pain. A friend lent a PhysioRoom Hot or Cold Gel Pack which was brilliant so we decided to buy two for ourselves and also a knee support. Placed online order at 4:46pm on Wednesday, paid by PayPal. Got instant email confirmations which showed "Store More Garden Buildings Ltd" as the seller, so was then suspicious, was this a scam or a sham?.. so checked online reviews and other info which showed that PhysioRoom had gone into receivership Jan 2022 then been acquired by Kybotech Group 7th Feb 22.... so I was still worried. The more recent poor reviews: ("Avoid" / "Worst Company"/ "Awful experience") here on TrustPilot also provided no comfort.
On Thursday I got a second email from PhysioRoom saying the items had been despatched and giving a link to Parcelhub and a tracking number. I checked tracking and everything was OK .. all looking good.
The items were delivered at 4:20pm on Saturday so just 3-days "flash to bang" - from order to delivery.
The products were well packaged and are of good quality and excellent value, so that's very good service from PhysioRoom. Thank you.
But... It's a shame the owners are not more open and up-front about the recent acquisition and it would be reassuring if the website gave a postal address and a more obvious customer support telephone number rather than burying it away in the small print of the T&C's, and billing should by PhysioRoom not "Store More Garden Buildings Ltd".

I get the feeling they are a dropshipping company, that simply order your item from Ali-Express and send it directly to you. The company name is "store more garden sheds" nothing to do with physio products.

Worst company I have dealt with for returning the item and getting a refund. When contacting them for a refund was told this had been “requested”…. Contacted them after a few days, was told to wait another 5 working days… contacted them on the 7th working day and was told that the refund had been “requested”…. What a joke!!! Initially paid through PayPal so a refund by the company should have been pretty much immediate and straight forward.
Finally had to contact PayPal and raise a complaint… refunded by PayPal same day.

I ordered the item & paid £4.49 extra…
I ordered the item & paid £4.49 extra for next day delivery. It did NOT arrive the next but instead a week later & then I was told the 'next day delivery' did not apply to residents in Northern Ireland. I am currently waiting for the over charge to be credited to my account

Great back support.
Great support belt for my weak aching back! Very comfortable to wear throughout the day and night.

Sorry but I found it too bulky.
Sorry but I found it too bulky also made my leg sweat so became uncomfortable. You could also send some fitting instructions in the parcel as it’s a bit confusing how to do it.

Slight disappointment
Slight disappointment as I had to pay for next day delivery, as the free delivery option wasn't working. I then had to wait several days for it to be delivered. I couldn't track it as the tracking link was broken, so all in all not the most professional set up. But on contacting them via email I was given another link. I have requested a refund for the delivery charge and have been assured I will receive the refund. All without quibble. So if they sort out their tracking and maybe stop using their current company for deliveries, I wouldn't be against using them again.
