Nick Jervis our car sales representative
(In my humble opinion) is the absolute template of what a car salesperson should be. Knowledgeable, very polite and accommodating of our enquiries. Even to taking us to their stock yard some 2 miles away to show us a specific car colour. Friendly showroom and all the staff we spoke to were very polite. We bought a vehicle and the transaction was a delightful and extremely pleasant experience. Cannot comment on service side of things as not used that department yet. Would readily recommend piccadilly motors of Knaresborough.

A big shoutout to Alex and his master mechanic Jason for getting my daughter’s car back on the road at minimum cost. An unfortunate event in the workshop led to the car not starting… with hours and hours of diligent investigations, the fault was traced and rectified… my daughter was kept mobile in a courtesy car whilst waiting for parts to arrive. No additional charges for work or parts, I’m impressed at their high levels of customer service 🙂

Took my car in for a paintwork repair. The team at Piccadilly motors are exemplary. Jonathan who did the estimate for the repair was brilliant. My insurance company wanted me to take the car somewhere else, but I insisted on Piccadilly motors as I bought a 25 plate loan car from them. This decision meant my excess was increased by £250. The repair is perfect and the service team couldn't be bettered.
Well worth the extra. Repair completed in just over a day and provided a loan car

Jane and the staff were excellent they understood my complex needs,listened and sourced the vehicle I needed and in a very short space of time. I would highly recommend as they made me feel at ease and like visiting a friend.

Sales team were great. Forget it if you want things repairing under the 7 year warranty though. They’ll constantly lead with trying to charge you £150 for inspection of a fault. Never again dealing with these cowboys. There’s much more customer focused car sales elsewhere.

Visited Wakefield branch today 20th December 2025...with a problem with tyre pressure sensonor activated and unable to reset it.

Purchased a new Sportage from Piccadilly Motors. What an easy and pleasant experience. Darren was our sales contact he was excellent, no pushing us into making a decision, very friendly and dealing with him was a delight. The main man also had a chat with us ( not about the sale just a friendly chat) he was so down to earth we hadn't even realised he was the big boss. I would recommend anybody wanting to investigate buying a kia to visit this garage.

I had my laptop repaired at Tsmart and the service was outstanding. Hyder was very helpful, quickly identified the issue, and got it fixed much faster than I expected. The whole experience was smooth and professional. My laptop works perfectly now. Highly recommend Tsmart, especially if you’re looking for fast and reliable repair service—ask for Hyder!

I called in on the off chance and saw Nick Jervis who offered to see me straight away. I was very impressed with his professionalism and friendly manner. He wasn't pushy at all and gave me really helpful advice regarding the cars available. I was very impressed and would happily deal with Nick and Piccadilly again

Jess on the service desk was exceptional when my Sportage had to go in for a serious repair. She kept me informed every step of the way regularly. She was friendly and very helpful as were Sarah and Tom when we returned to collect my car. Jess's customer service what superb and so rare in this day and age. You're a credit to Kia Piccadilly. I would publicly like to thank Lee from Wakefield for making me feel so comfortable when ordering my first car from Motability. From start to finish Lee has done everything he said he would. He rang me every couple of wks with updates , even when there was nothing yet on his system. I ordered the Kia stonic as it was best for me with my mobility issues. Ordered my car end January and Lee called me few days ago to say car was in and how beautiful it was. Picked up yesterday and Lee showed me everything about it and how everything worked. He is an absolute credit to your company. Thank you so much

Not even worth half a star. charging extortionate amounts to check vehicle without checking ad blue fuel injector issues. having the Nerve to sa we can look at engine for £1400 discounted rate.

Taken to local Repairers ad blue and Fuel injector car does not require engine replacement.

While the Sales Team at Wrenthorpe may have communication problems, the Service Team go above and beyond what is required of them.
As a 'mechanical idiot' I was unhappy with the sound my car was making and so-called in to see if anyone was available to listen to the engine.
Although they were busy with cars already booked in, they took time out to have a listen to my engine which of course was fine !
Despite probably thinking 'Poor old soul' they never once let it show and even insisted a mechanic went with me for a quick run to make sure they had not missed anything.
The mechanic in the car could not have been more supportive. I lost count of the number of times I apologized for wasting his time but he was totally unfazed and simply said, "These things happen", and told me to bring it back if it happened again.
As a retired Customer Services Manager I know I am very critical of standards of service but the Service Team at Wrenthorpe went far beyond what I expected - or deserved - and I have no qualms in recommending them to anyone for any servicing or motoring problems.

I bought my car from Piccadilly motors last year and was particularly impressed with the sales team. Took it back for service which was efficiently and promptly carried out. I want to give a special mention to the manager Adam who kindly removed some marks from my car headliner. He also gave me some other , very helpful,car related advice. Highly recommended and would have been a 5 were it not for the fact that i'm still waiting fro a quote for some body work repairs.
