We always strive to provide great service, even when things don't go quite as planned. In this case, the item was returned to us without prior approval (as per terms) to the wrong address. Upon retrieval and testing, it turned out to be in full working order and was just being used incorrectly. We offered to send the item back with instructions on how to use it. We were never rude or unhelpful at all. We were surprised to receive this feedback, which was left six months after the order was originally placed.

So I bought the SeeStar S30 Pro and received it in less than 24hrs you can’t complain about that for service.
I was notified by email that stock was available so when I called I spoke with a gentleman called Paul who was very knowledgeable and helpful…. who confirmed my purchase.
Thereafter I was notified by email on each stage of my parcels journey I couldn’t believe how fast it was delivered if I’m honest!
I’ve bought from them before and that was a 5 star review also.

Celestron Travel Scope 80 Portable…
The Celestron Travel Scope 80 Portable Telescope with Backpack & Smartphone Adapter arrived promptly in time for Xmas and in good condition, the product also wasn't available on other big retail sites as it ticked a lot of boxes. Moon filter wasn't available but I set a email reminder and it was in stock and delivered a couple of days later. Thanks for the good experience and Google Gemini for talking me through the experience as I'm new to the field and showing recommending me the Picstop website!

where do i start
where do i start? i have always been moderately interested in astronomy ,after reading and searching for good telescopes and found about Dwarflab 3, so after searching for suppliers i came across Picstop,and as i had several questions. Spoke to a chap called Gary at Picstop he completely allayed any doubts i had.He was patient, considerate and not pushy,he allowed me to make up my own mind no pressure whatsoever. So i decided to buy, next step was to speak with Paul, he too helped me enormously. Within 24 hours i am now the proud owner of Dwarflab3 with tripod.Diolch yn fawr Picstop

A great telescope at a great price
A great telescope at a great price. This was a Christmas gift which arrived on time & was very well packaged, with tracking available throughout. My dad was literally over the moon with it & I would definitely order from them again & highly recommend.

Wish I'd have found this site sooner!
After ordering a telescope and being scammed from another site very close to Christmas (2 days!), I found PicStop whilst frantically searching for a reputable and reliable company that sold Celestron Telescopes. I found the telescope that my 11 year old son wanted for Christmas and was really surprised to be able to order for next day delivery which was Christmas Eve! Less than an hour of ordering, I had a dispatch email and confirmation of delivery for the next day. Everything arrived securely packaged the next day. So lucky to have found PicStop when I did. They saved our Christmas from being a disaster! Especially being so reasonably priced too! Thank you, PicStop! I will be returning soon! 😊
