Great food for the whole family!!
I gave a world map to every member of my family for Christmas, everyone was starting to think where to place their next pin.
Apart from a great gift, dealing with the team at Pin Adventure was very easy, specially since we were shipping overseas. Beautiful product, excellent service, highly recommended.

There was a delay in service and shipping processing. I ordered the same colors in a U.S. map as a previous order for a world map, and yet it looks different. The U.S. map is also a bit difficult to push the pins in.

Resposta da Pin Adventure Map
Hello, Veronica!
Thank you for your feedback! We are sorry you feel disappointed by the service and shipping speed. We received an astounding amount of orders during the winter holiday season, for which we are incredibly grateful. However, the downside to that was increased processing times. We sincerely apologize for the wait, and we will make sure to prepare accordingly for this year's Christmas season.
Thank you for bringing up the color difference! If you ordered your first map quite some time ago, there might have been changes regarding our map printing materials and printers used, resulting in differences in appearance.
As for the difficulties pushing in the pins, we use a dense foam board backing on all our maps to ensure that the pins stick well in the map.
We have also reached out to you via email, and we hope to discuss possible solutions with you!
Best regards,
-Pin Adventure Map team

Not specifically the Sellers fault-BUT **Updated**
Not specifically the Sellers fault, but I had no idea this item shipped from overseas. This was ordered over a month ago. DHL just notified me that the shipment was damaged. I will probably now not have a Christmas gift and lose money on this transaction. Not quick or apparently safe shipping.
*** UPDATE*** This was completely DHL's fault. I contacted Pin Adventure after I heard from DHL and they promptly offered to replace or refund my order. I received a refund in 24hrs. EXCELLENT Customer Service.

Great packaging and the map looks beautiful. Very professional looking. The pins have a very solid hold in the backing. Customer service was also very good. Wish it came with more pin colors.

Love the pins tin!
Reordered some more pins. They arrived quickly and perfectly packaged! I love the storage tin as it’s durable and doesn’t allow the pins to poke through.
We get many compliments on our world canvas map 😍

More Than Just a Purchase
This purchase was so important to me because it’s much more than just a pin map. For my family and I it is a continuation of travels in honor of a lost loved one.
Regina sent over a preview in less than 24 hours and I just wanted to share my gratitude (for how quick they worked) and story with the company. Her response was so personable and so kind. It was an immediate connection and I knew I finally found the right company to complete this important job for me. I will support over and over again. It makes such a tremendous difference when you have really great people behind the company. 10/10 Recommend Regina & Pin Adventure Map team.
