I like the concept of this business. They encourage people to try new products and services.

Been using pinchme.com since they launched and I never qualify for any products. I can’t see older categories I entered and one I know I was supposed to get some Apple Beats earphone.. They will send some of the trivial items like butter and cheese coupons or small samples of hair care items and not often. Saddening

The experience is awesome you get to try products that you haven't seen or known about and they are always good ones .. Wish I could just get some of the bigger products when I bid a lot of my coins that the only issue .. I would love to try the air dryers or the vacuum cleaner

Love that you get to try things you’ve never tried before , for free. Only thing is you sometimes have to wait a little bit but that is not a problem for me .

Ive been messing with this site for months. I've received one box and never received the Amazon gift card that I was suppose to. I haven't "qualified" in months for anything. I will not recommend this site. I will be deleting the app. Everyone else should do the same!

I am new to pinch me and it definitely the sample site that just keeps giving. So easy to navigate! So glad I joined!

I feel scammed out of my time… and your time is valuable to these companies. i tried to give pinch me a chance for months because I like to try something out before really listening to others, but they were all are right about it being bad/useless. Ended up closing my account with 600 coins because I was not getting anything after months of filling out surveys… the site is also very glitchy and slow so you’ll be spending 1-2 hours just trying to fill out questions for samples… it feels like some kind of insanity to sit there and waste time on something out of each day and expecting to get something for your time, but it never comes and probably won’t. Customer service will tell you to just keep doing it and bidding and trust them but I wouldn’t. Btw watch out for their fake 5 star reviews

Awful scam company that NEVER keeps up its end of the deal! Download this app for 400 coins!! ( app is a SCAMMER COMPANY BTW) Get ZERO COINS. Contact “support” must be a problem on your end. Sorry. SORRY?!?!? This is only the 50th damn time it’s happened.

Receive free products every couple months to review and try, some expedited free samples full size as well. Only thing is it takes a couple months to ship each and Receive each of my ordered boxes, I checked one out in November and it's now April for instance but could Receive it any time. It's been harder to qualify for products lately as well. I have almost 2000 coins to ship boxes (500 coins/ to ship ea box you order) and have qualified for 1 product in the last few months

To hard to qualify for things now there a point system you bid on things and no matter how much you have never win the items plus you never see the items that was bid on in any of the pinch me videos made from other people trying to get them makes you think they was something dangle in your face I've gotten 2000 gift card checked out and then told in email it was a mistake but was told I got my points back point that are worthless so aggravated so try at your risk

PinchMe used to be a great site.I was a member for years and even though there was some issues, it was worth being a part of. You would sign up for a handful of samples and have to review them in a timely manner to stay in good standing. The samples were usually sample size products of all sorts and every once in awhile you could get a full size product. However, they decided to change their whole system, now using "points" to redeem a box. Of course the points system is insanely disproportionate. While I would never complain about free stuff, this isn't free at this point and sample size cat food isn't worth what you're putting into it.
Back before the change, the boxes could take months to come which is fine, but when they made the change, I never received the boxes that were "on the way".Their customer service is awful so don't expect any help.
Overall, there are tons of sites that give free samples quick and easily. No jumping through hoops. It's ashame but PinchMe ruined itself. Definitely not worth it.

You will not get ANYTHING good. You only get garbage. Not only that they will steal your data and try to get into your bank accounts. They also steal your coins when you get to 1000. I’ve had over 1000 several times just be dropped to 700 for no reason. It’s a scam you won’t get anywhere but they given some little crap to keep you on the line

When they first started out, they were great.
Now it's terrible. I haven't done any in a while because of the convoluted hogwash you have to go through to get a box. I'll just buy the darn thing and call it a day.

They sent a way cheaper item than what was originally advertised after waiting 6 months. When I contacted them they said they reserve the right to send cheaper quality merchandise. Than advertised. To me this is false advertising. So if I could give them less than a star I would.

It's nothing but a scam designed to take advantage of people looking for free products. I completed several paid offers, yet not a single coin was credited to my account. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I've received zero response. It’s as if they don’t even care about fulfilling their promises.

To make matters worse, I’ve never received any of the boxes I was supposed to get, even though I’ve been actively participating for months. I can never seem to accumulate enough coins to redeem anything, and I’m always left stuck with no way to actually check out.

It’s becoming clear that PinchMe is simply collecting sign-ups, raking in kickbacks from partners, and not fulfilling their obligations to their users. I am reporting this to their partners because it’s obvious they’re making money without delivering on their end of the deal. Don’t waste your time or your personal information on this fraudulent site!

Recieved some of the items I checked out with, nothing makes up for how god awful their Meghan customer service is. They refuse to explain anything when asked, which defeats the purpose of customer service. They ask me to send screenshots of offers completed and then they say there’s nothing they can do to give me the coins. She or he is rude and does not do their job properly just bulldozes through emails and ignoring if you respond with proof. Pinchme made an error on their end and she refused to awknowledge it at all, instead just assuring me that everything was done properly as if I already knew what was wrong. Then I had to spend time figuring it out myself and they simply could have told me that they took coins back after an error they made. Instead of insisting I was refunded. If the offer isn’t complete all the way but PINCHME makes a mistake giving you coins, they will month later cancel whatever you spent the coins on even if you have the coins to take from in your account. They will cancel the orders and keep the coins.

PinchME is awful. I haven't got a sample in my box in 2 months now. I emailed them and Meghan didn't answer any of my questions. Do not waste your time.

I did multiple activities and received no coins. When I first signed up you didn’t have to do all this. But I played along. I got ripped off and when I wrote them Megan was extremely rude and wanted screenshots of me completing the activities. Of course I did not do this and now have no way of going back to show. So I was robbed by them
