Reasonable cost with P&P even for my small order which left me with just over 30cm of spare lagging. It looks the same type of lacking that this has replaced, in which case thats another 20 years use... Ver mais

Product Great, Delivery Charge Outrageous
While the product I ordered was of good quality, the cost of the carriage was off the scale. To put this in context, we live in the west of Scotland, and while most courier companies think we live on an island when they look at our postcode, that is not the case, and Royal Mail delivers to us every day. So when you get charged a £33.00 carriage fee that ends up being delivered by the Royal Mail for at best £10.00, you feel ripped off.

My order arrived within 48 hours of purchase and was exactly as described on the website. Would definitely recommend and would definitely use again.
