Driver of shuttle bus to car park 4 long stay was verbally aggressive. At the car hire point he refused to open the doors for an Italian family, eventually trapping the wife with small children on the bus with the husband on the pavement. The Italian speaking husband had to insist on having the doors opened again whilst the driver argued with him. The wife and children were visibly upset. On arrival at long stay car park, another client had his surfboards by the back door ready to take them off. We asked the driver several times, politely in Italian to open the doors to take out the large boards easily from the rear door. Again three passengers were completely ignored. I exited the bus at the front and asked again to open the back doors. Again completely ignored by the driver. I complained to him that he had been rude and uncooperative at the first stop and was doing the same now. He didn't open the back doors forcing the passenger, Italian, to manoeuvre his large boards with difficulty through the bus. I told the driver he was rude and unprofessional. As I walked towatds my car he leapt out of the bus and screamed in Italian "F*** off back to England" I was several metres away at this point and he jumped out of the bus, extremely angry, posturing for a fight and jumping up and down. Three passengers returned to the bus telling him he was in the wrong and should calm down. He continued shouting swear words and profanities across the car park. Disgraceful behaviour, and shocking as a representative of the airport to people who have just arrived in Pisa. This all took place at approximately 14h30 on Tuesday 18th. The driver was a young slim man in his late 20s. Can you please let me know what action you will be taking to proceed this complaint? Thank you

We always like to leave sufficient time to allow for traffic, return car, stress free, before going air-side in plenty of time to pass through security. Knowing we would be early we prebooked the VIP departure lounge, allows 3 hours to relax, have a complimentary snack and a drink. Except Pisa airport only allow you through security 2.5 hours before flight departure, so you have to sit land side while you wait. Lounge access pointless as will only have around an hour to utilise the facility.

Gente incompetente e arrogante durante i controlli. Mia figlia diabetica, monitoraggio della glicemia tramite sensore, è insulinizzata tramite microinfusore, ho chiesto per favore, mostrando il certificato medico, di non passare il sacchetto con il sensore di riserva, visto che si tratta di apparecchi salvavita a rischio. Mi ha risposto un signore molto maleducato, poco professionale, che sul certificato medico non era specificato che il sensore non doveva passare attraverso i raggi x dei controlli. Ho preso il sito ufficiale del sensore dove veniva specificato che era meglio evitare il nastro in aeroporto. Ho chiesto gentilmente di perquisire a mano il sacchetto del sensore, mi hanno detto che loro non hanno i raggi x per vedere cosa poteva esserci dentro. Ho specificato che negli altri aeroporti non mi era mai successa una cosa simile,che hanno sempre perquisito a mano il sacchetto. Loro no, se ne sono fregati, passando il sacchetto attraverso il nastro. È un aeroporto pieno di persone incompetenti, senza un briciolo di sensibilità. Di certo, non appena cambierò il sensore alla bambina, se tale sensore è stato danneggiato per la loro poca mancanza di conoscenza, di competenze , e scarsa professionalità,su determinate cose, farò denuncia.

Aeroporto davvero vergognoso, ritardi e confusione nell' organizzare i voli e l'imbarco, la sala d'attesa è la stessa sala dell' imbarco dei gate e ci sono pochissimi posti a sedere in relazione alla quantità di gente.

Bagni sporchissimi ! Da vergognarsi ! Un aeroporto internazionale con bagni così sporchi e con odore così rivoltante ! Ho chiesto a più’ di un inserviente la motivazione e mi hanno risposto che non vengono forniti dei necessari prodotti di pulizia . Scandaloso che nell’unico aeroporto internazionale in Toscana, la culla dell’arte , della cultura , dell’eleganza e della civiltà non siamo in grado di offrire i servizi igienici adeguati ai nostri ospiti e clienti che vengono da tutto il mondo ! Forse usare la classica , non costosa Varichina ? Potrebbe aiutare ?

I had the worst experience from Pisa airport. All the toilets at the entrance were filthy with smell. Limited service and facilities there typically none after 8pm. Except McD and vending machines. Bad manners and incourteous airport staffs and security personnel. We were chased outside the building and got to wait in cold weather after their last flight first time my experience with the airport closure. Everything was great in Italy. Unfortunately sad and bad endings from the imperfection caused by PISA AIRPORT. By all means, I will avoid this airport in my next travelling coming to Italy and will advise others to avoid too. It made me think that I was not welcomed by Pisa airport management who is not so keen in their service.

You would think quite possibly the City of Pisa and indeed the Italian authorities would look at the obvious issues this airport has.

They do not appear to be able to deal with the passenger traffic … on the way in the passport control is limited to two booths and very slow. On the way out the passport control stamped a blank page in the middle of a spare page and not against your entry stamp within the passport. This in the end costs travellers with replacement passports, because of the way entry and exit stamps are placed.

Leaving via Pisa airport can only be said to be stressful and the sheer lack of space and seats for travellers is quite frankly disgraceful for an airport whose local community wish people to travel to and from Pisa. People sitting on the floor and standing in numbers because there were no available seats.

I last came here thirty years ago and chose to visit this time the sights in Pisa and the surrounding vicinity. I will be coming back to the Tuscany region, but will avoid Pisa airport.

The toilets are to say the least disgusting in the main terminal before you actually check in. At the one end the toilets were closed and when you went to the other end of the terminal they were dirty with toilet paper and other material on the floor and smelt of stale urine, they hadn’t been cleaned probably for some time. When I went back a short time later after the cleaner the litter on the floor had gone, but the disgusting urine smell in the toilets was still present, the floor hadn’t been cleaned with any disinfectant for sure. My wife went into the ladies toilets and along with another traveler looked into each cubicle and decided to wait for a cleaner toilet.

We did use a cafeteria before going through customs and the staff here epitomised what you would expect from people anywhere and they were really good.

Ho chiamato adesso per saper come fare dalle 24 alle 04,visto che abbiamo il volo alle 6,la signorina oltre ad essere una grandissima maleducata,addirittura ha alzato la voce urlando che l'aeroporto chiude e d arrangiarmi...complimenti per il personale, voto : sotto 0
Vergogna

Lucky if you find anyone around to help or someone around that know what to do to help. My luggage got lost and took about two hours to have some help.
Check in and security staff have big attitude issues, not a nice place to be honest!

Che vergogna!!! Un solo varco per i controlli di sicurezza e fila interminabile! Bagni indecenti da vomitare!!!

Ho lavorato all'estero per 32 anni e di aeroporti ne ho visitati tantissimi e devo dire che questo di Pisa è in assoluto uno dei peggiori per una serie di cose:
I controlli personali sono ASSOLUTAMENTE INSUFFICIENTI PER QUANTITA' DI POSTAZIONI CHE VENGONO USATE (Ci sono ma non c'è il personale) per cui quasi un ora di fila.
Entri nelle sale d'attesa e i posti a sede re sono o a terra (come i polli) opopure stai in piedi.
Informazioni tardive e insufficienti.
Imbarchi, quando piove, in totale assenza di ripari.
Da evitare

Ore 16.32 del giorno 8 Aprile 2024. Volo per Catania. Ammassati in fila senza aria condizionata in quanto i cispiosi che gestiscono l'hub tirano sul prezzo. È un aeroporto da profughi, quindi preparatevi!!
Speriamo che la torre di Pisa gli caschi sopra!!!

In attesa di un imbarco alle ore 4.00, alle ore 1.20 siamo stati invitati ad uscire all' esterno.
La spiegazione, l' aeroporto chiude per ragioni di sicurezza. Fuori senza servizi, e all' aperto.
Veramente disgustoso.

Volo per Marrakech. Hostess giovane ma che capiva tutto lei. Mi voleva far pagare perchè il bambino aveva il passeggino quando, come riportato sul biglietto elettronico, era incluso.
Dopo più di un ora di litigata con alzata di voce e parole poco gentili ( si può trattare cosí un cliente?), arriva un suo superiore che, capito cosa stava accadendo mi chiede scusa e procede, come da legge, ad un check-in corretto. È normale? Ma come l'hanno assunta....era una ragazza pisana!

PESSIMI servizi aeroportuali. Connessione wi-fi aeroportuale discontinua, non funzionanti i punti di ricarica dei cellulari in ogni spazio a sedere, bagni sporchi, scarsa pulizia negli spazi aeroportuali interni, assistenza poco adeguata.

Ryanair just shows why they are where they are. For me no organisation for priority and non priority at the airport. But still charges for the privilege. Hopefully my company never uses them again.

La signorina che parla romano al check in deve cambiare lavoro, MALEDUCATA, senza tatto, irrispettosa, se vuoi lavorare col pubblico ti consiglio di cambiare modo se no cambia lavoro e vai dove non devi parlare con nessuno perché questo vuol dire non sapere stare al mondo. La signorina mi ha fatto pagare un supplemento di 75 euro, quando a tutti gli altri 55 e alla mia richiesta di spiegazione mi è stato detto “ non sono tenuta a dirglielo si prenda la ricevuta e vada via se no non parte”

Il personale che controlla i biglietti è particolarmente maleducato e irrispettoso…
