Absolutely terrible service and no care attitude

Our pitney bowes meter has run out of postage and will not accept new funds. Our owner has spoken to Pitney Bowes and verified the account the machine is connected to transfer but it still doesn't work. Pitney Bowes still will not come out and repair it. They just simply closed his case. I have put in a case to make them come out and see what is wrong with the machine as there is clearly a problem, but they will not communicate. This is the worst service I have every received from a company ever.

There is no customer service

There is no customer service. Everything is automated. If they charged you too much, to bad. What a joke. And the price of their ink??!!! Almost $100 for a tiny cartridge. I do not recommend at all

A major US eBay seller lindas***stuff…

A major US eBay seller lindas***stuff changed couriers for international deliveries in the recent past. Unfortunately, I am assuming because of cost and marketing hype, to this poor excuse of a courier company and their final mile delivery people. After nearly four weeks and I paid top dollar delivery fee, nothing has been delivered. This is deemed disgusting. I have appealed to the seller to stop the nonsense and revert back to a reliable courier chair, otherwise negatives will flow. Don't be fooled, this is a totally amateur organisation.

Undoubtedly the worst shopping…

Undoubtedly the worst shopping experience ever. 3 weeks to get a package from True Classic (another stinker) delivered to New York State.
I don't even want to comment customer service, just a total waste of time

Pitney Bowes is a stinker

Pitney Bowes is a stinker, allthough we were home, they claimed that we were not-How ?did they ring the doorbell ???
They dumped our parcell 8 miles away at a shop, seems that is the standard these days for freight companies, they do not attempt to leave the packet at your home but drive directly to the pakageshop-shame on them

Absolutely horrible customer service

Absolutely horrible customer service. I made an account thinking this would be a great shipping option, but turned out not to be. I have tried to close my account for over 3 months already. It took me 2 months to get in touch with them. They will not close it despite saying that they would and keep sending me invoices.

I took UPS to a small claims court…

I took UPS to a small claims court blaming them for losing my £1250 clock, sent with eBay shipping program, did not know Pitneybowes USA were responsible, Pitneybowes said it was UPS.
The judge ruled it was Pineybowels i should have taken to court,they are agents for UPS, they admitted they lost the clock, Pitneybowes are dirty cheating company, lied and cheated me, when people cheat and lie something bad will happen to them or their family, (quoted by Judge Judy)

The last three items I have ordered on Ebay have come way via Pitney Bowes. All within the continental United States. And every item has been delivered late.

Diversity over service

They've had my package for a month. I quick look at their website tells what the problem is, they're more concerned about DEI/ESG and woke crap than delivering packages. Probably staffed with a bunch of diversity hires that don't have to worry about getting fired for not doing their jobs.

Pitneybowes sucks

Extremely slow. No customer support whatsoever. Tracking is bad. They'll lose your package for extended periods of time. They should not be in the shipping business.

No customer support?

Trying to track my package, it's been stuck at a location after clearing customs for 5 days now. I click the contact button on the Pitney Bowes site and it does not work. There doesn't seem to be a way to contact them for customer support.

Day 31 I have yet to receive funding for my return

I'll try to keep a very long story short here. I purchased a cube over two months ago for my Shopify business. Turns out Shopify shipping discounts are much better, Shopify's shipping software is free unlike PB, and most importantly, the Cube doesn't connect to Shopify shipping. I then fought tooth and nail to be able to refund it. Today is the 31st day the Cube has been delivered back to PB and I have no money to account for it. Mistakes happen, but all you get with this company is unbelievably poor service. If you call, there is a hurdle with language. Email is a dead end. Facebook messenger was my best experience in getting a response.

No support for at least 7 days

Reliable system when things are going good. Our system broke and Pitney says that they won't have a tech or service rep call us for 7 days. There's no one to talk to. So if we need a replacement (and we will) then we will go for at least two weeks without a postage machine while Pitney sorts themselves out. Postage may be what they sell, but it's only service that matters. There are lots of (lower priced) options, we'll be going with one of those when its time to renew.

I absolutely hate Pitney Bowes

I absolutely hate Pitney Bowes because of the incessant emails. I've never had a Pitney Bowes account and it's literally impossible to make them stop. There's no unsubscribe link, you have to create account to login in order to cancel and I have no invoices or any other information that's required.There's no way to call these morons, nothing. It's a vile disgusting company. Don't ever give them your email address because you will never be free. Negative 5 stars.
