After the post office lost my parcel the Planet Gates send me new bathroom rail the next day. For myself that is very professional and like to order from this platform.

Well build work on my home could not…

Well build work on my home could not have been any better with my husband new laser every wall is now straight. He loves it so much he has now done his own plastering. Thank you Planet Gates for fast delivery.

I have ordered a set of car pillow

I have ordered a set of car pillow, they sent only the weist pillow, but neck pillow was missing.
They sent an email, confirming they will investigate the case, since then no answer.
HQ is in Luxemburg as they say, but product comes directly from China. So it is a chinese company, if they srew you, they don’t care. Volume counts.
I am sad and disapponted.

Parcels arrived (finally) from China

Parcels arrived (finally) from China, so seems to be another china store front. The item had a logo on it that wasn't even on it's package. Not to mention that the item was so poorly protected (only a layer of cardboard protecting it). Needless to say it was broken in transit. It took almost a week for them to answer inquiries about the progress of the package. Expecting a long wait to get this sorted. Will keep posted on the progress.

It has now been a week, I was promised full refund. However money is nowhere to be seen.

I’m very Frustrated

I’m very Frustrated!
It’s now 29 days ago since I ordered my weddingdress on Planet Gates and I still haven’t got it!!!
They got the money fast... That they can do... Take people’s money!
... And now I’m missing the beautiful dress for my weeding that I have been dreaming of. When I write them, I feel lucky IF they return and then they just write that it’s on the way but the tracking number dos not exists.
Now they turned quiet.
I don’t now, what to do!
It feels so unrealistic... I’m so sad!
