Pathetic team of Platinum RX
I have been trying to order since morning, but sales executive and operations team or packing team is wasting the time asking same questions multiple times. Seems team is not professional at all.

PATHETIC SERVICE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FALSE COMMITMENT by the Company of Expected Delivery Date. In my case I ordered on 4th June looking at Delivery Date of Next Day ie 5th June. It automatically got changed to 6th then 7th and still going on. Don't know how many more days they'll play this game with me. Customer Service Executives names with whom I'm continuously following up are Shariff, Pramila, Vaishnavi and 3 others. Regarding their Delivery Partner it's completely FRAUD. I asked them if they don't have time give me address I'll go and collect the order myself. They haven't provided me address yet. After 3 days their executive is saying that there's shipment shortage so it might be delayed. That means according to them till they get load of orders from certain locality they'll keep your order at stake. No matter whatever happens to customer or patient. Doesn't matter even if they die due to non consumption of medicine.

Very bad service,the delivery agents are. Asking us to cancel the orders ,the staff is taking it very casual ,as I ordered diabetic medicine,but still did not receive,very very bad service,should not purchase from here

Poor deliveries. Poor customer care service

No timely delivery. If someone wants their medicine urgently don't trust them. They will show delivery date on app something but deliver it after 2 weeks specially if medicine required is cold storage package. Don't buy from them

Tried placing an order on the app...nothing but frustration. One can not edit the quantities. Navigation is like flying a Wrights brothers first machine in a storm. Desktop app gives double the price than the App on the phone. It looks to be another fake peddling pharma venture. AVOID LIKE A PLAGUE

My mother ordered medicines on 20th May. Even after 7 days medicines have not reached her.Everyday they promise delivery but nothing happens. Customer care is a complete waste as they keep saying the issue will be handeled in 48 hours.
The message today says the package has arrived to the city. But the courier company says we cant deliver it as there are no staff!!
The company is a complete fraud. People beware and stay away! Don"t get fooled by promise of discounts. Ban this company & app immediately

Pathetic delivery service, no commitment to delivery timelines

I was looking for a regular medicine that had become too expensive for me to buy every month. On Platinum RX, I found another option with the same salt composition at almost 30% lower price. I was honestly a bit unsure at first, but the order process was smooth and the medicine was delivered within 1 day. Packaging was proper and the overall experience felt reliable. Definitely helpful if you want to save money on medicines without compromising on the composition.

These people are so cheap. No commitment of delivery time line .

Too much delay and customer care is so rude and rough just like Wild A..

Mr Anupam Kher don't promote such cheap business....

Medicine to be delivered on 3rd, today 5th(11pm) still no trace of the order.Courier has the order since 2nd. Customer service is useless, every night at 10.45pm will get messages of the order being delivered to-DAY
The courier ElasticRun has no phone or address to be contacted. NO MORE KALI WALI

Worst service from Platinum RX
My father had booked medicines for himself on 2nd May 2026 to be home delivered but on 3rd May 2026 the delivery tracker said the delivery will be done on 4th May hence he contacted PlatinumRx customer care who in turn told him sorry for the delay & they will deliver the medicines on 4th May my father waited till evening but got no delivery & in late night he went to our local area pharmacy to get all the medicines, since I was away for an official work i wasn't there at home when i came to know on 5th Morning I messaged & called on their customer care number for non delivery of my fathers medicines again the same sorry & assurance from the PlatinumRx customer care staff which they earlier said to my father..
My father had made online payment on the same day he booked medicines my father was unwell the mental agony he had gone through is unacceptable plus the money we lost purchasing the same medicines he booked on PlatinumRx have to get it from the local pharmacy.
Later on 5th May 2026 the medicines were home delivered in afternoon after my messages & calls to PlatinumRx team,
Medicines are essential items & waiting for medicines for four days isn't worth it, a human life is more important than any discounts etc..
Authenticity of the generic medicine is good is what PlatinumRx claims as it's their team & their medicines wholesaler, how would a consumer know whats genuine & who's clearing it..
I had already opted out of PlatinumRx app.
I will go for Jan aushadi generic as it's a govt. Approved & have requested my father not to just rely on advertisements shown in mobile or tv's as it's misleading..

I placed an order on 21st april and it was supposed to deliver at 22nd april but without any information they show 23rd april and i called also they told me it will take 24hrs and today on 24th april i again called and they told me 48hrs they don’t have any fixed guildline and even not transfer the call to any supervisor, I am not able to complain anywhere and also they are not able to give me a fix date when will my order reached. I ordered medicines because it’s not easily available anywhere but they are not understanding patient concern. I think its very important that they need to focus on this because it’s for someone’s life.
I ordered medicine from January earlier they delievered the order on time but after February they are doing this. This is seriously not acceptable.
I don’t know when it will reach now

I had a completely frustrating experience with Platinum Rx and would strongly advise against using them.
​When I placed my order, the delivery date was clearly shown as April 12th. But on the 12th itself, they suddenly changed it to April 15th without any warning. Because I needed my items right away, I decided to just cancel the order.
​That's when the real headache started. You literally cannot cancel an order through their app—there is no option for it anywhere. So, I had to call their customer support line. It took multiple tries before someone finally picked up. When I told the support rep I wanted to cancel, they just transferred me over to the sales team. The person in sales didn't even bother to listen to my issue before blindly transferring me straight back to support.
​Because of that ridiculous runaround, I was dumped right back into the automated holding queue at number 7, forced to wait all over again just to speak to a human. I eventually gave up and just ordered what I needed from Apollo Pharmacy instead.
​It is an absolute joke of a customer service system. I even have the call recordings to prove exactly how badly they treat their customers. Save yourself the stress and use a different pharmacy.

I had a very disappointing experience with PlatinumRx. I placed my first order for medicine, and after completing the payment, the platform showed next-day delivery. However, even after two days, I did not receive the order, nor was I given any update about the delay.

When I contacted customer care, they said they would raise a complaint, but when I asked for a complaint number, I was told that their policy does not allow sharing complaint numbers with customers. This is highly unprofessional and lacks transparency.

To make matters worse, their official courier partner claimed that the customer had rescheduled the delivery date, which is completely false.

Overall, PlatinumRx failed to deliver the product on time, did not provide proper communication, and handled the complaint process poorly. This reflects a serious lack of reliability and accountability.

My experience with Platinum Rx was highly disappointing. I received a call for Order #1939506 where the doctor was incredibly arrogant, demanding justifications even for non-prescription medicines and threatening to cancel the order when I couldn't answer to his satisfaction.

To make matters worse, customer service provided zero help, staying silent and offering no real answers. This is easily the worst experience I’ve had with an online pharmacy. Avoid if you value professional service.

Be safe to buy form Platinum Rx.PlatinumRX is a fake site for buying medicine.
I have order medicine for 3 months for my parents almost. Once we do confirmed the order & paid them, They will deliver partial medicine. When we received partial medicine not as per bill. I send pictures of missing medicine. They will say We have send complete medicine & we cannot do anything now.

This is the way they are fooling customer.No customer support & beaware of such sites.They will not call you back once you get delivery.

These are very good SCAMMERS. Do not send money as you will just have a loss. If you got anything I would not take it as who knows what it would be. Bottom line, they do not ship, they SCAM.

FYI - I tried to use them. It was the payment service's rep that told me the receiving account has MANY scam complaints. They told me to be sure as I won't be able to get any refund and that account was close to being closed.

This app sent my parcel so fast in 2 days that even Flash would be jealous.
But when THEY sent the wrong item and I returned it on 06/12/2025…
