Fast shipping broken goods
Shipping is fast and discrete, however one of my products is broken (the pump doesn’t work on the lubricant) so I can’t use it :(

I've checked my emails but don't have any communication from you so this is the first I've heard that you're not absolutely thrilled by your purchase. I've checked the description of the toy you bought and confirmed it has the measurements listed. However, if your toy is noisy it could be faulty. I'll send you an email now and make sure the only noises you're hearing are your squeals of delight.

Thanks for taking time to write a review. We love our Signature on Delivery service because we rarely have parcels go missing now. We encourage customers to use Parcel Lockers or their work address if they know they won't be home because we understand the frustration of having to collect from an LPO instead of just being about to rip their parcel open and let the games begin.
