Plectrumb renovated our bathroom with new sanitary ware as well as installing a new combi boiler and shower having removed the old bath,toilet and sink. We were very pleased with the end result and the tidy, well organised approach of Nick and his team. The work was completed on time and the guys were polite and hard working. We would recommend them and use them again in future.

Had them twice. Once a boiler, tidy installation, considerate for the future on where things were located such as filter, competitive. Boss who quoted didn't fit but person that did was also fantastic and did all that was discussed tidy, even apprentices are decent. Now had consumer unit replaced, again placed it with consideration on how I make good after, no shortcuts, tested throughly beforehand and after, cleaned up well after, considerate of shoes on new carpets. I'm quick to moan, but found them faultless. You can go to work, come back and it's done right.

We hAve used Plectrumb before to fit a boiler and today to add a radiator. Again, the work was well done, neat and carried out efficiently. Another excellent job by the guys. I would recommend without hesitation.

Plectrumb are a great local company. They’re reliable, do a good job, are trustworthy, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. As with any good business, at busy times it can take a little while before they’re able to do the job, but it’s well worth the wait.

Nick and the team provide a friendly, reliable and professional service. They have replaced all the kitchen plumbing, bathrooms and toilets as well as the majority of the heating system, to very high standard. We are extremely pleased with the outcomes.

We had our system boiler replaced with a combi. Excellent communication from quote to installation. Professional and approachable installation team who did an amazingly neat job of decommissioning and removing old tanks and boiler. I can’t fault the company or the job they did in any way, would definitely recommend.

Plectrum have done a lot of work for me over the years, including installing and servicing the boiler, installing solar panels, re-wiring and LED lighting. They are efficient, trustworthy and give excellent service at a competitive price. I can not rate these guys highly enough.

Plectrumb messaged me about a month before my gas certificate ran out and put a date in that suited us both and I didn't even have to be at home.
