I live in an Anchor property; they use Plentific. Some work needs to be done in my shower. I said not to send anyone before 1000 because I'm disabled and need time to mobilise, which Anchor told them. So they sent one work order running from 0730 to 1925 on a Wednesday, as well as work orders for 0852-1446 on the same Wednesday, and 0852 - 1052 on Thursday and 0824 - 1244 on Friday. The timings suggest that it was not generated or reviewed by a human being, and what do they mean by spreading it over three days?
When Anchor's estate manager here tried to contact them for clarity, they didn't answer emails and they wouldn't answer their phones in the afternoon. Plentific's responder kept interrupting her. I was given no phone number to contact in case of queries.
Nothing like the promised service.
One of the worst platforms to use. They regularly have payment issues internally and never communicate it properly and then you end up with a back log of invoices you don’t know if you will get paid. It’s happens too frequently. I am looking to move away from Plentific. STAY AWAY if you want to run a business and actually know when you’ll get paid!

We joined Plentific nearly 3 years ago, and since then we have been continuously impressed with the Platforms capabilities.
For contractors, it opens up a marketplace previously difficult to access. You have a team of competent, professional and knowledgeable staff from Plentific to help guide you through your journey on the platform and to help utilise its features for a fast and proactive turnaround on each job.
The platform removes barriers to communication between clients and contractors by having a clear and easy to understand setup, which avoids unnecessary delays and we find makes tenants happier with their repairs experience.
Overall, a great platform - and we are excited to see its continued expansion!

We've had a great experience using Plentific for managing property maintenance and repairs. The platform is user-friendly and offers a wide selection of jobs which can be filtered based on skill set.
One important thing to note: to get the most out of Plentific, it's essential to have a dedicated team in place. Managing bids, coordinating communication between tenants, job posters, and builders requires organisation and follow-through.
The real value of Plentific shines through when you have a reliable operation process from bidding, communication to builders and project managers. The site has a lot to offer depending on how you use it. The team at Plentific are very helpful from account managers to the support team, they helped get a lot of issues resolved.
Highly recommend Plentific for traders in the property repairs and maintenance field.

Fantastic Company. Fantastic Staff. We joined the Platform in its very first opening and have worked with Plentific closely for many years. We cannot praise them highly enough. Provide Opportunities to Contractors and support that is second to none. Aiden, Rinu, Jeremiah and Ben are amazing and so friendly and we are thankful to Plentific for all they have done in support of our business.

I have worked on the Plentific platform since 2020. Additionally, I’ve worked in social housing since 2013 and they have been a game changer when it comes to repairs in my view. I believe long term they will probably prove to be more efficient and cost effective than an in house repairs service if they aren’t already. Helped me to go self employed. Good app and system to use.

I also like the advancement feature that lets you withdraw moneys from works not yet paid this enables us to get more projects completed

At first getting work through the platform was great, quoting for inspections then adding the revised quote once you have looked at the job to getting paid within 14days if signed off quickly(although housing officer wait now till the 14day to confirm signed off) then they changed to stripe and extended the time to getting paid to 21days and that’s if they don’t get issues on payment side of things. Then like other tradesmen/women have said you have to be on your phone all day to be in the chance to get the lead. When I went to use it again in October last year for work I was told that people are pricing work without even seeing it which is impossible and obviously people undercutting everyone. As a result I have decided to come off this platform as all the cost of SSIP and insurance for working on here you end up making a loss. Unless Plentific revises there way you get work and quicker payment people will leave and find alternative ways of finding work but I would definitely not recommend using it in it’s current form.

I am a contractor using plentific. I find it a great platform to generate work and use.
Positives is it's easy to tender for work and operate with customers.
Down side when I started on plentific over 4 years ago it was simple to quote win work and invoice, since then they have made it a lot harder to win work as more contractor can tender for jobs as to when I first started only 5 contractor could tender for a job now I believe they allow 12 which is lower than a 10% chance in winning work.
I would like to see the revised as quoting for jobs is time consuming and not cost effected for such a low chance in winning work.

Good morning, I have been using Plentific for around 3 years and I find it a great way of working. It has the best management and the staff are lovely to work with. It is super easy to use and a very quick process throughout. Overall I would rate it a 5* platform to use, and we will continue to use this as another way of working.

Decent platform to get work, especially if you’re starting out. However you’re constantly being undercut so I’ve had to drop prices like crazy since I first joined. Still do some work off it.
