Missing items, I have emailed support. I have sent 4 emails and nothing yet. But when I asked about buying something, they responded right away lol

Dealing with the same issue as others have advertised. LACK of communication is extremely frustrating. Especially for the price point of the product. I don't have an issue paying for a good product with support but this is completely the opposite. Emailed numerous times for a damaged tank on arrival with no response.

If I could leave negative stars, I would leave 1 billion. I feel like it is a complete scam. If I could leave videos and screenshots of email transactions, my receipt and the advertisement, and what I have received when I received it, I would, but this platform will not allow me to leave pictures or videos. I had ordered the all in one ready to go 40 ounce mini reef set up. and advertise that came with everything, including the water you needed and live sand. What I purchased was supposed to come in two shipments. The first shipment was supposed to be the pump, the aquarium and all the necessary vital stuff including live sand. I did not receive the live sand. I emailed them about the issue and I was first told that I did not order that I had to send in proof of what I ordered and the advertisement. Only after that I was reassured in a email that yes I would receive everything including the live sand. I received an email asking which day I would prefer to receive the corals, water and live sand . They said they could ship out Monday or Tuesday and then I could receive Wednesday or Thursday. I said Wednesday or Thursday sounds great. Either day works for me. I then receive a email notifying me that I will receive my products on a Friday. I even paid extra for shipping living animals to ensure survival. Now isn’t this convenient since it’s Friday and by the time I receive it they have closed so you can’t call customer service and you can’t do anything about the poor creatures if they don’t send you everything that is needed to ensure their survival because when I received my package I did not get the live sand nor did I receive the water and the containers which they came in was leaking water so I Didn’t have enough water to even put them in the 40 ounce tank system to keep it running in order to keep them alive. So everything is dead and I have absolutely nothing to show for the near $500 that I paid for all of this. I contacted them several times through email have not received anything I have Also contacted the Better Business Bureau and I will make sure that everyone everywhere I go knows about this cause this practice is wrong. Those creatures died due to the poor fraudulent system that they use.

HORRIBLE company and experience. First negative review i have EVER done lol

Ordered April 11, heard nothing.
Emailed them April 17, heard nothing.
Sent message on IG April 20, heard nothing.
Finally got a response April 21st saying my products had broken.
Responded with NO PROBLEM just let me know when they will ship so i can change the ship to address.
HEARD NOTHING AFTER THAT AT ALL.

Sent another email April 24 checking in, HEARD NOTHING.

Sent a message April 30th! saying if i dont hear back i will dispute charge and WITHIN 3 MINUTES i got a response saying the have not resolved anything and no eta on solution.

Asked for a refund or i will dispute and got the refund.

I have no problem being patient or paying a premium for a great product and company, BUT with this type of lack of communication and ENTITLEMENT i felt like they were doing me a favor LOL

This company WONT last, save yourself the headache and support another company that appreciates it.
