BEWARE! Its better you use original business website to get your tickets booked . Don't use such middlemen , in the instance even if the flight company itself cancels the ticket , you will not get any refund back . Worst experience , lost a huge amount and never got back even when my flight got cancelled .

Complete scam of a company do not ever booked with these.take your money ,never refund then get you to sign a lot of documents to refund to new account that you have no access to and that you won't do a charge back .however the receipt they sent clearly states refund not done .they gave me a arn for my bank to confirm but cant confirm as I have no access to original account even though I sent and signed many emails with proof of new account ect .still they try and say was refunded to a closed account.skyscanner have been absolutely brilliant I cannot fault them with my concerns.yet paloni travel ie flightcathers should be banned .Complete rip off company and my first review still stands 109% I am now in the process of a solicitor taking over this matter

Good service with Qamar Iqbal

Unfortunately, I did not have good experience and they were very rude on the phone.

I have had ongoing problems with receiving my refund from Polani Ltd. Despite providing all the required documents and following their instructions, the process has been extremely slow and communication has been poor. I’ve had to chase multiple times, and I still haven’t received a clear update or resolution. This experience has been very frustrating, and I would not recommend them based on how they handle refunds.

So far I m using flight catcher and they r best and give better deals than other agent. Not any issue with flights also. This company keep update with any change.this time Qamer Iqbal dealt with my query and he is excellent .

Scammers
Flight was cancelled due to the war, obviously wanted refund and they keep stalling promising me a refund and to check back after 6 weeks… after 6 weeks, they’ll make an excuse and ask me to wait another 6 weeks. Finally after over 2 months of waiting, I got the bank got involved to dispute it and the bank refunded me. Stay well away.

EDIT: They tried to get my review removed AGAIN for a 2nd time but Trustpilot have rejected it. As you can see, they don’t bother replying to negative comments. Instead they try to silence us.

Minhash done well and perfect job. He is best for customer service.

I have always bought my/our flights on this website. Safe and easy transactions. Always offer me great/fair deals on flights. Extra bonus talking to friendly and welcoming staff like Minhas who assisted me this time with my ticket purchase.
