I run a medical clinic and unfortunately the pharmacy I use MedFx uses Polar Speed as a delivery courier, so I have no choice but to suffer them. It's medicines that get a cold chain delivery I order.

Rarely do I get a delivery on time, I get told lies - once I was told the driver who had been multiple times to my premises, on this occasion it was a delivery that was due on a public holiday, he simply didn't turn up but lied and said he had been and I was closed and that he had shook my metal shutters that were down and he couldn't get in. The thing is - I don't have ANY shutters on my door and I have CCTV.
I sat for hours waiting on the delivery, I have wasted days and days waiting.

They simply don't care, terribly unreliable company which I have had the misfortune to be forced to deal with and I have no choice because if it was up to me they would never do any deliveries to my premises.

I'm on annual leave today and my order was to be guaranteed delivery yesterday. I got contacted by the pharmacy and guess what? There was a polar speed delivery issue - no! What a surprise- NOT.
So as an apology my delivery was rescheduled on an upgraded delivery to a Saturday morning on a day I'm closed. You could not make up the situations caused by Polar Speed. Terrible, unreliable, liars.

I think if I truly wrote how stressful this was for me as a patient to do this level of admin I would lose my medicine in retaliation so I'm saying nothing other than I feel like a burden.

Terrible place to work at. A real kolkhoz. Lack of proper training, no PPE or uniform issued, no support from the management. Avoid like a plague.

i'm really unhappy about their service. I have to work and am not always home to take delivery of my medicines. DPD used to let my concierge sign for it for me and hold it until I came home which was always fine (at the end of the day pharmacies let ppl collect medicines for others) and Polar Speed would not do this for me. So now my medication has been destroyed, and I am down £170 and without my medicine. I don't see why the change was necessary, when my delivery was always fine being taken by my concierge before.

Would just like to say what a pleasant delivery driver of my medication today he is always happy and smiling he was getting absolutely soaked with this horrible rain excellent service x

My latest regular delivery of pills from this excellent pharmacy arrived again exactly as planned. They make up a prescription for me from the ROYAL FREE HOSPITAL, LONDON every couple of months.

Their system starts with a call to me from the ROYAL FREE team asking me when I will be in to receive delivery of my next batch of pills which they know are now due. The perfect solution to help with my medical condition.

I can unreservedly recommend this top class, professional business to other potential users as being always trustworthy, reliable and helpful.
