I wanted to let you know that my experience with your company was exceptional. We decided to have a reveal party at the last minute. I had some questions before I placed my order. I contacted your online customer service and they were available right away to answer my questions. I didn't know if the order might arrive late, but the cannons came on time and were in perfect condition. They were amazing and helped make the party a lot of fun. These cannons more than exceeded our expectations! The company had fast shipping and quality products. They contained so much powder and confetti…it was worth the extra money instead of going with the cheaper ones on Amazon and other sites. I also found the tutorial videos helpful.

Shipping was so fast. My order was accurate. They even upgraded some of the order to a larger size as a surprise.

My niece is having a girl and had her heart set on these cannons. They were beyond perfect! There was no doubt she’s having a girl. I would highly recommend for any reveal needs.

I ordered 8 cannons 2 of them did not work. Also the powder stained clothes. I wouldn’t reorder from this company again.

The owner Jon reaches out to inquire about my review and made many very passive aggressive statements including “it’s odd I left a review on this “ strange site” “. I explained the cannons that were defective and he requested video proof , I sent the video which he replied “ I’m sorry you feel that you would never order from us again, what a truly spectacular reveal you had.”. He stated he would refund me for the defective cannons. Which I didn’t receive. Honestly such a strange experience and Jon needs some customer service training or should outsource it. There was zero reason to make backhanded comments through the whole exchange. At the end of the day I don’t really care to get back the 50$ for the defective items or I would backcharge this transaction through my bank. But I would never recommend this business just because of the customer service I experienced with the owners. Do not want to support snarky people. Wish I had found this site before my reveal because seems like many people has this same experience.

I loved how easy it was to have my dr send in the gender and they communicated with me so well during it all so I felt at ease.

Once the actual day came, we had my dad prep the cannons and everything went so smooth!

I was shocked when I saw some of these 1 star reviews on this site since Poof has over 23k 5 star reviews on Etsy. all I can say is the customer service was amazing, package arrived fast, and the pictures turned out perfect. Thank you Tori & Jon

Jon & Tori ought to be ashamed of themselves for running such a scam business. A direct quote from them: "Our goal is for your reveal to be seamless, stress free and everything you've dreamt of."
That could not have been farther from the truth & the reality of my gender reveal. Before I ordered 2 powder cannons, I emailed Jon ensuring that they would still work just as good if we ordered them a few weeks before our reveal, and I was told that they are good for up to 6 months. So, if that was the case, tell me why NEITHER cannon worked the day of, leaving my husband and I completely embarrassed in front of all of our guests. This was a moment that we will never get back & they ruined it for us. To make matters worse, they don't even have the decency to respond to our email regarding the situation. Thank god I was able to dispute the charge because the only thing that was 'revealed' is that Jon & Tori are just money hungry businesspeople. Do better or close shop.
If you're planning a gender reveal, do yourself a favor and just go to Amazon!

There are no words to describe the disappointment I observed at my daughter’s gender reveal event planned with this company for her first baby! As a mother I couldn’t believe and digest her “sad face “ not being able to enjoy the announcement of her new baby’s gender. One advise to this circus 🤡 so call company. If you can’t do it right , then close shop! Do not play with people’s special moments!! Stay away from this company . One error is way too many. Some moments can’t be repeated! 👎

What an embarrassment… we ordered 2 surprise powder cannons for our gender reveal and NON OF THEM WORKED… in front of all
our guests we just stood there confused and embarrassed that this was how we were going to welcome our future child into this world. We ended up having to break them on the ground until the power spilled out. I could care less about the money but you had ONE JOB.. you couldn’t even do that right… TRASH products, your better off doing something home made and crafted that is guaranteed to work. DO YOUR JOB BETTER OR GET OUT THE INDUSTRY SWEETIE

We loved everything about the cannons, They we're so easy to use, and it just made my gender reveal more exciting and fun, seeing the smoke, confetti and strings. We absolutely love it.

We ordered eight 32” cannons (streamers, powder, confetti) and were so very pleased with the product. There was no malfunctions at all and our pictures came out so great and dreamy!! Keep up the great work guys and wish you guys all the best!!

If I could give 0 stars to leave this review I would.. do yourself a favor now and order from Amazon these cannons from “Poof There It Is” are GARBAGE! They came opened ruining the gender surprise.
I messaged the owners hoping maybe they would refund me or replace the one with the hole and they were so unprofessional & did not care at all about it arriving damaged with a hole. Then told me just to put foil over these over priced cannons and then stopped replying when I asked how I was supposed to return them for the refund because they have in their policy “returned items must be returned in original box never opened” which it’s pretty dumb because I had to open it first to see that they were damaged..

Bought four cannons from them. Don’t buy the secret gender reveal ones. The packaging is bad. The color was showing through the taping at the top of barrels. Paid for next day delivery but didn’t get the package til 3 days later. Once the package arrived we saw that there was blue powder all inside the box, and on the top of the barrels like I mentioned. Nonetheless we still used them but had to fake being surprised. I suspect this is why you can’t leave a review on their site or any platform they use. I guess you can comment on IG. I messaged them through the chat function on their site, and was told I could leave a review through the chat. Told him my experience was spoiled through the exposed color. They stated that they usually works with customers in making things right. I sent them photos that i took as proof that the gender reveal cannons were a fail and the gender was already a dead giveaway. He just said he received my review and stopped responding. Stick to Amazon. These overpriced barrels and experience were a let down. We can never get back that genuine surprised feeling of the cannons going off.

BUYER BEWARE! We were so excited about this product. We originally only wanted confetti cannons. They were sold out of the 32’ confetti cannons, so we ordered the confetti and streamer cannons. We got the unmarked cannons and had to trust that what we ordered is what was in the cannons. This could not have been further from the truth because when we set them off !POOF! there was blue powder ALL OVER OUR GUESTS!!! There was powder chunks in their hair, on the inside of one guest’s glasses and face, on guest’s arms, a huge splotch on a guests white dress, on another’s tan jumpsuit, on polo shirts, furniture and sprinkles all over guests clothes and shoes. It was an ABSOLUTE EMBARRASSING MESS! Everyone was shocked and we had to help get them cleaned up during a time that we should have been celebrating. :( To add insult to injury, WE NEVER ORDERED ANY PRODUCTS WITH POWDER IN THEM!!! So why has this happening!?
When we reached out to the company, their poor customer service and lack of accountability was front and center. It got comical after a while when their responses literally mirrored the responses of complaints I read online. I only wished I had read their complaints before we made our purchase. We spent nearly $500 with this company to receive products that we didn’t order and patronized a company that lacks moral compass. They have a strong social media presence which boosts the consumer’s confidence level only to have something like this to happen. Buyers there are better companies out there that stand by their product and their mistakes. We would not use their products again if they were given to us for free.

Powder all over. Unsure if it was from the delivery process or from the company. I reached out to ask and they told me they won’t return/exchange despite their policy. Would recommend Amazon as it’s better priced anyways. Very disappointing

My mom is 98, I got it to spray a cushion she uses. She wears incontinence briefs and sometimes there's some residual odor on the cushion. Well sadly there was no change whatsoever. It works on mild odors but thats about it.

Best reveal ever they have premium cannons I had 6 cannons 2 confetti 2 powder 2 streamers and it was awesome 🩷🩵
