I purchased an expensive ($179) item they had listed on Discogs. The order was accepted and I made full payment. I never heard from them. After a few days I checked and they made some excuse that amounted to the fact that they sold their only copy to some other party. This was due to an error on their end. It was a pretty rare item.

Placed an order in January for a POP set being released in May. Funko delayed the production and release several times which is not the fault of PopMarket but when I received an alert from Funko that the POP set was available at the beginning of October I was expecting my order to be filled.

After waiting a month I contacted PopMarket asking when I should expect to receive it. The reply was "the title you requested has been cancelled as it is no longer available" and they would issue a refund. I 100% believe that if I had not contacted them they would have kept my payment without fulfilling my order.

They knew they weren't going to fulfill the order at the beginning of October and did nothing about it until I contacted them.

Ordered a record from them and never received it. Even after messaging the company they said they can’t help me cause it already shipped but upon looking at the tracking the label was never even created. So no refund or replacement even after they toke my money

They sent me a doll I didn’t order- took 3 weeks- now I have to wait for my money back until I send their mistake back- very poor customer service

If they say they have it, they have it and ship it fast. Good prices and great sales. Highly recommended.

I ordered a vinyl record, and it came damaged. The sleeve was all bent up. I emailed them to try and get a refund. Took two days for someone to reply, and they asked for photos. That's fine. I send them photos of the damaged item. Another 2 days for them to reply. They told me they would mail me a return label. It took over a week to get the return label. Why wouldn't they just send me the PDF to print it myself? Once I sent back my item, I was told I needed to way 30 days to get a refund! Crazy! It's going to take nearly 2 months to complete my return! This is awful. Don't buy from this store!

DO NOT PREORDER WITH THEM. I preorder some plushies back in May, with a ship date of June 16th. The release date keeps getting pushed back with no notice, and I have contacted them a handful of times with no results. It is now October 27th and still have not received my order. Don't preorder with them, you'll never get it.

Awful customer service
They sent an Item with a missing part and they make it hard to get a replacement.
Avoid this vendor.

I pre ordered a couple of the super 7 transformers series 5 grimlock figures . This was my first time hearing about and using popmarket . Their communication was awesome . They shipped my orders on time and they were safely packaged . I’m very happy with popmarket. I will refer them to my friends and order from them again . A+++++

I ordered a $60 vinyl record from Popmarket.com. It arrived perfectly packaged and on time. I was worried because the price was really good and I had not seen any other reviews on here.
Thank you Popmarket. Delighted with my purchase.
