What a pleasure it was to be able to speak to someone that really did care about your problem, today i spoke to Cherry polite helpful and took all the time it needed to sort our problem with the internet out, she is an asset to your company.

Alfred was great with us - ensuring all our questions were not only answered but clearly understood. He gave us reassurance, offered additional support and was really friendly

What a useless company, they accepted all my information and bank details said everything was fine, then the following day, emailed me to say they couldn't service my address, to add insult to injury they charged my bank £2:95 up front for the modem rental, which as I cant get hold of any one I cant gets back, If I could give them zero stars I would.

I had a bad experience with a storm which took out my router, the team at pop telecom took great pains to sort my problem, many thanks to Alfred and Chris

After some time waiting for Open Reach engineers to complete our connection it went ahead but notification by that company to POP telecom was delayed and although broadband was working, our replaced landline was not receiving incoming calls. On calling POP technical department the following day I spoke to Cherry who, with the assistance of her colleague Chris, managed to complete the switchover by talking me through a procedure that perhaps bypassed the system. Although it took a little time Cherry was able to confirm the phone connection was now working correctly by ensuring we were now receiving incoming calls. My thanks to them for their help and patience.

Run away from this company. I had signed off with them over a month ago, and i wish i could cancel my contract.

1- They did not use One Touch switch system which is mandated by Ofcom. This caused overlapping bills. After contacting Ofcom and numerous back and forth, they still havent refound the compensation
2 - The staff members are seiouly rude and unhelpful. Even when presented with information from their website, they refuse to akoledge and be helpful. They take a long time to reply, they are just bland and speak with short sentenced. Not even a please or thank you, or bear with me etc
3 - They reset the TP link router with their own custom settings. The Name of the router doesnt match the name of the back of the router. They also added custom settings to access the TPLink router to change wifi name / password etc.
4- lack of comunication overall. When logign into the website, you cannot find the pack details. Emails are short, detailling how much you are paying but now what are you siginging off. They didnt comuncate about installation dates - they rely on openreach to handle all comunications.
5- They installed my internet after the cool down period, which meant that if any problem with the internet occur I couldnt sign out

unfortunately, I feel like this list will increase on the 1 year contract I have with them

Andrew was patient and helpful

the person that was helping me set up my fibre internet connection was extremely patient (i am not technical) and helped me get what i needed.

Josie quickly sorted my technical issue with my booster / mesh device

Andru is excellent, a very calmed person very welcoming, very understanding, problem solving, within a minute my WiFi was restored back to normal, he understands a customer services. Thank you Andru and l really appreciate.

Alfred was really helpful with setting up the router

I spoke to Alfred twice about two different issues and he was incredibly helpful and informative both times. He helped me make a last minute change to my broadband service and assisted me with setting up the Internet when I was having issues. I was really grateful to speak to someone friendly, efficient and clear with instructions!

Thank you Josie! Great service. Pop Telecom are easy to get hold of, I always use web chat. Once again I am sorted, not that I have had any connection issues as the service is reliable, and the staff are just as great.

Alfred, the agent we spoke with, was absolutely superb. I was helping an elderly lady with an issue and he was very patient, ensuring we both understood the details and the issue was resolved on the call!
