Ordered gloss black svo grill for my L405 supercharged. Arrived on time is of a decent quality and fits perfect!

I wanted a standard front bumper for my defender and thought I’d go for the middle of the rd one from powerful, it wasn’t the cheapest I’d found or the dearest, when it arrived and I inspected it and found it was very poorly made the welding was not great, unfortunately I damaged it by accidentally dropping it on the end so I couldn’t return it , but I would have if I could .
I think you could probably get the same quality bumper for about half the price.
Customer service was ok .

Only removed my goods 4 hrs ago badge vents and repeater sidelights.
1 side light has come apart while fitting
The badge has fallen off the grill already.
The vents are near on impossible to fit unless you remove the inner sleave due to the tang not being wide enough to accept the lup on pannel took it to pannel shop where they tried to fit but refused. So I gave it a go and 2 top tangs unsurprisingly broke hopefully I'll get a refund

No problems at all.

The ordering process was simple, delivery was quick, product great and they even provided the tools to fit!

Thank you.

Great source of aftermarket and upgrade parts for the new Defender. l've bought two items from them. One was a rear scuff plate that Land Rover wanted over £300 for as part of a package. But Powerful sold me
just the scuff plate for £110

l've just received the rear towing hooks, the price was very reasonable and despite weighing over 5kg postage was free.
Delivery was also fast, not a given these days.

excellent product, quick shipping. Highly rated.

Purchased a replacement front grill for my Discovery 3. After fitting had a problem removing it to replace a headlight bulb and inadvertently broke one of the lower clips. Emailed customer support and received a replacement within a week. Excellant communication and customer support. Highly Recommended.

Very helpful - videos to help with fitting and great communications.

Have used Powerful UK to purchase two items to date; LED fog & reverse bulbs and a genuine LR roof rack for my Discovery 4 Landmark.
Both times I had good comms from PUK and courier used.
Both items well packed and easily fitted, both times viewed their videos prior to purchase to see fitting. Enjoy their videos as well made, good dialogue, funny on times…
I’d recommend PUK to anyone who wanted an honest opinion.

bad company ,no comunication ,cant phone ,they dont answer emails this is the second time they have let us down IE sent me an empty box , then sent me the bonnet vents with no template ,keep ignoring my emails ,bad show all round owner is to busy making U tube vids

I have required the services of Powerful UK for spare parts and installation instructions on two occasions, these for my RR Evoque. On both occasions I found their parts to be of top quality and appropriate to my requirements. Their Instructions videos on YouTube offer a comprehensive view of how to install the parts. There are no slick actors or voice-overs and the workshop appears normal and not a studio or pristine garage. The Boys who demonstrate the fitting are not afraid to make mistakes and do not edit them out. The inclusion of the errors helps people like me - a simpleton DIYer - to avoid them. I don't care if my review appears obsequious, it is my honest opinion. What is just as important is the fact that they have saved me well over £900.00p and 2-3 days loss of vehicle usage by not having to use JLR Dealerships.
I shall be happy to recommend Powerful UK to my family, friends and colleagues.
Good luck and thanks.

Bought lots of bits for my L405 .. Mirror Covers .. bonnet grill and V Spoiler... Well fantastic.. Well packed .. fast delivery and YouTube instructions all you need .. Nice job .. Thanks Phil

Tried to buy a led strip for my Range Rover tailgate but wasn’t in stock so they took my email and emailed me when it was in stock. Honestly can’t fault anything the quality is excellent it’s on the car and looks great also free delivery the next. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company

I ordered a grill for my Disco on the Powerful website, but that was not possible from the EU. So they referred me to eBay.
But ebay's delivery costs are extremely high, over 37 GBP or 45 Euro. I regularly order from the UK and the average transport cost is between 12 and 15 Euro.

Some products are poor some are good, find the 3m stick stuff is extremely poor had quality issues with my last 2 purchases so going off powerful now to be honest.
quick delivery is a plus, but some of the products are letting them down

Had a few products now from this company
All good products
And the YouTube videos are really helpful

I had a faulty side repeater which ended up letting water in. Kate went above and beyond to help and sent over a replacement super fast. What an awesome company and Kate is a asset to PowerfulUK.

Thanks!

I have bought a lot of Range Rover Evoque accessories / parts from powerful uk. Everything I have bought fits well and has been delivered quickly with good packaging.

Great communication if something is out of stock, simply input email address and they let you know when it back in stock

Tried to order 'Brake Kit Upgrade' but it was out of stock - I was told by email to leave my email address and I would be informed as soon as they were back in - within a week I got an email - I've ordered and are now waiting for delivery - great communication and customer service - wait and see what the parts are like.....
