I’ve found some high end jewellers/ watch dealers to be stuffy or unhelpful so walking into Pragnell in Mayfair is like a breath of fresh air! The whole team are welcoming, genuinely helpful and totally professional.
Angus is an amazing salesperson….so relaxed….no pressure and enormously experienced…..pointing out factors you might not have considered leading to a purchase that far exceeds your original expectation!

I visited the Stratford store to return an online purchase that sadly wasn’t suitable. My return was dealt with swiftly and efficiently by Daniella. Whilst chatting Daniella was incredibly in tune with my style and what I was looking for. She made the suggestion of creating a pendant using rainbow sapphires in the style of their existing ‘RockChic’ collection.
This was a very exciting concept and through Daniella’s expertise and vision she soon provided me with a choice of loose stones for me to choose from. Corresponding via email and photos we were able to liaise on the positioning of the stones to create the desired look.
In under six weeks from concept to creation, today I was presented with the final piece.
It was stunning beyond all belief. The beautiful workmanship as to be expected by Pragnell’s combined with the most exquisite vibrant coloured sapphires. I am beyond thrilled with this experience. On collection, I was greeted with a chilled glass of bubbly while my pendant was carefully and thoroughly wrapped.

I had a fantastic customer experience at Pragnell’s in Stratford, Warwickshire. I popped in without an appointment, and was met by smiles and the offer of a hot drink. After a very short wait, I was introduced to a very nice Chap called Marc. Marc displayed a vast amount of Knowledge and experience within the Jewellery sector. I was shown several Watches and handled them to get a feel of right Watch for me. I purchased a lovely Timepiece, which I have enjoyed wearing over the last month.
This was an excellent customer experience. I will definitely return to Pragnell’s in the future for my Jewellery needs.

I first made contact with Pragnells in Mayfair early February regarding an enquiry of mine relating to a potential purchase, I was dealt with by an Angus Feng the initial contact resulted in a visit to the store in early March where I met Angus and a lady by the name of Anna. I returned to Pragnells last week as my enquiry had progressed to a purchase. I am delighted with my item and with the overall way I was tended to by both Angus and Anna I will certainly be going to Pragnells in the future. A very nice store and staff who were very helpful even the security guy on the front door was a delight to speak with. A five star experience, highly recommended.

Pre-Owed watch shop at Pragnell
Purchased a watch at the pre-owned shop opposite the main Pragnells in Stratford upon Avon. I was not planning to do so but the opportunity to have a pre-owned at a good discount made sense to me. Service was excellent and Marc had good knowledge of the Breitling range to help me make up my mind. I enjoyed the experience of buying a new watch.

In my dismayingly extensive encounter with this Rolex and Patek authorized dealer, it became abundantly clear that the acquisition of coveted timepieces such as the Aquanaut, Nautilus, and Daytona was contingent upon an egregious condition: purchasing jewelry.
I was taken aback when, after expressing interest in these esteemed models, I was not met with enthusiasm but rather a sales pitch for their jewelry collection. Astonishingly, I was explicitly told that the only viable route to securing these watches was through substantial expenditures on their jewelry offerings.
The dealer shamelessly asserted that a prerequisite for obtaining a Daytona was a jaw-dropping £25,000 investment in their jewelry selection. Similarly, the threshold for a Nautilus or an Aquanaut was an eye-watering £30,000 splurge on their adornments. It was an affront to the very essence of luxury watchmaking—an industry built on craftsmanship, heritage, and exclusivity, reduced to a transactional exchange.
By coercing customers into buying jewelry as a means to access Rolex and Patek Philippe timepieces, this dealer not only diminishes the intrinsic value of these renowned brands but also perpetuates a culture of elitism and exclusivity. It's a stark reminder that, in their pursuit of profit, they have forsaken the principles of integrity and authenticity.
In essence, this dealer's insistence on linking watch purchases with jewelry acquisitions not only undermines the integrity of the luxury watch industry but also diminishes the passion and enthusiasm of genuine collectors. It's a disheartening reflection of a market where the pursuit of profit outweighs the appreciation of craftsmanship and heritage.

I recently purchased a Patek Philippe watch from Pragnell; and it was such a special and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

The whole team at Pragnell are outstanding - everyone that I met was helpful and extremely polite - and the environment is perfect for a purchase of this nature.

I do want to single out Andrea De Bona - who held my hand throughout the purchasing process - and who guided me through the world of Patek watches with a genuine enthusiasm. Andrea's expertise in Patek is exceptional as his customer service - nothing was too much trouble.

I could not recommend both Pragnell and Andrea highly enough.

I have known Mr. Sunil Madhvani for over 20 years so when I wanted to buy my wife an anniversary present he was the first person I thought of to assist me. I was very warmly welcomed by Sunil and other Pragnell staff and was very grateful that the item I had chosen was put aside for me for over three weeks before I could visit. The gift wrapping of the item was a work of art! Sunil gave me a tour of the premises which was an experience in itself given the sumptuous jewels to be viewed. The state of the art security was fascinating! Sunil's knowledge and experise is second to none - there's a reason he's won those awards. I look forward to visiting Pragnell again. And I forgot to mention the most important thing - my wife loves her gift.

Yesterday I visited Pragnell, Mayfair. What incredible people, friendly, helpful and incredibly knowledgable. It was my first time visiting the store and I will certainly be back soon. Whether your looking for everyday jewellery, something special for a loved one or a browse of the incredible selection of time pieces, there really is something for everyone- and the shop is displayed in the most beautiful style that will have your eyes on stalks. I was looked after by Sunil who is a walking horology encyclopaedia and I could have spent hours listening to him passionately talking about watches and brands. We walked in for the first time without appointment and were warmly welcomed.
