I was dealing with an anal fissure for just over a year. I tried everything. The most painful thing in my damn life.

A soothing cream this may be but by no means a cure for anal fissure. The spiel on the website is that Dr Chung has seen people heal from Pranicura, but if you watch his YouTube channel you’ll find he admits it cannot heal anal fissure. I went through hell with the condition and I was so desperate I would try anything. In the end the only thing that worked was to take a laxative like Laxido or Movicol regularly, increase water intake and have a diet overhaul. That done, after some time it is finally manageable. I understand the desperation that leads people to believe in a “miracle cure” like this, especially when you read the “fantastic” reviews. However it is just a cream, and apart from soothing the immediate area, did nothing whatsoever to heal my fissure.

Panicura gave me my sanity and life back. Follow the instructions to the letter, change diet to keep to soft, 1-2 BMs per day. This saved me from the weeks of razor-sharp pain during BMs. My experience... a miraculous blessing in my life and worth every penny to me. This is a great product that I have used for many years. The only issue I have is that being in Australia the cost of postage is very high and makes obtaining the product regularly very expensive.

So I guess I’m going 3 stars it’s just a bit better than prep H not much but just a little. I’m giving 3 stars because the jar last longer than a tube Prep H so that was a good thing and price for price this is just a little cheaper. I was hoping with all the reviews I had high hopes cause this stinks to deal with and 12 years now I was hoping for relief but nope but we are all different it’s definitely worth a try for the price you never know it could work for you. Again money wise it’s about the same so if I was you I’d risk the change it might work for you

I used the product exactly as instructed for approximately 10 weeks and used the entire contents of the container. I am a chronic sufferer and have tried just about every product on the market. I had high hopes that Pranicura might work for me but, unfortunately, I did not get the results I was hoping for. I did get a refund, though, under their unconditional guarantee but only after being told if it did not work for me I must not have followed the instructions. I followed the instructions exactly and was very disappointed in the product.

I am so thankful I found this product. I was having issues with hemorrhoids and they have diminished so much. The product while cool doesn’t hurt and helped with pain and more than that, helped shrink my hemorrhoids. I’m still using the product and hopefully it will help some “old” ones shrink/repair too. I also followed the instructions to take more fiber for consistent bowel movements. I will recommend this to my family and friends. And I will buy it again if needed.

I am writing this review after 4-5 years of usage. Follow the directions religiously and this product will work. After 5 applications my hemorrhoids were gone and they haven’t returned in 2 months. I’m blown away and can’t believe I waited this long to try Pranicura. An amazing product!!!
