My daughter is super excited to get out in her car and I would definitely use them again.

I was looking at 3 different cars and was not at pushed or rushed into purchasing any and funnily enough a completely different car to what i originally went to look at caught my eye.
They were so kind enough to give it a quick valet as I never made an appointment for that one and ended up leaving a deposit for it as they said they needed to service it and give it a full years MOT.

Precision by name, Precision by nature!! Where do I start with the precision motor group team! I saw my Range Rover online and I range precision to be greeted by Andrew. I booked myself an appointment and the next day I went to meet the precision team and went on a long test drive and was blown away! Deal done.... Over the past 3 years I've purchased two cars from this company, bmw m235i and a audi tt mk3, on a personal level from start to finish they've been spot on, from dropping me off to grab some lunch whilst they get the car ready and all fully valeted and collecting me after, never an issue after the sale, on one accession i rang up a few weeks after I brought the car and asked if I could get some new number plates as I'm a bit of a perfectionist and wanted it looking even nicer, on the same day I went down there and they also fitted them for me, great service and helpful staff

I went to buy a Golf R they gave me an amazing price , interior was spotless ,no problems with the car at all , I couldn’t fault a thing about this company, such friendly and welcoming staff members , I highly recommend precision motor group when looking to purchase a car.

Brought a new car from precision motor group and can honestly say I’m in love! Excellent service , friendly staff with great knowledge of thier vehicles

Went to view an Audi A3 2011 for £6495 No mention of any issues before collecting as I was promised I could drive it away with no issues, there was a loud ticking noise from the engine (possibly injector) . Also warning light of deadlock which was not mentioned. Rear brakes were very deteriorated and should had been an advisory on an MOT. How can you sell a car for full asking price and not fix the issues before selling?? Very disappointed and would AVOID.

Absolute frauds turn up to collect a car that’s in “fully working order” ready to go to be greeted by a rattling engine that the salesman couldn’t careless about and the rear brakes were way beyond the legal limit and then responded with we don’t work on them or mot them, salesmen needs to learn some customer service skills and some honesty which they have none of avoid at all costs I travelled 4 hours for this abysmal service!!

Had 4 cars from these guys, always outstanding and professional, very welcoming and make it all smooth. Would recommend anyone to go here.

Recently purchased a car from these guys and the service was bang on with everything, from viewing the car to driving it away! These guys made it so easy. Very friendly staff that went above and beyond.

If you buy a car from these then make sure you do your checks, didn’t even have the car for 1 day before it needing so much work doing to it, engine management light came on after just 40 miles, took it to a garage near me and they was shocked that a car in such a bad state could be sold, it was a death trap, and trying to get an answer from them after you have purchased near on impossible, I don’t normally take any notice of reviews I’m sure everyone’s purchase is different, please read all the bad ones and they are spot on. If I could leave no stars then I would, they really need someone to go and inspect all the cars they have for sale before someone is killed. Update to your reply, the death trap wasn’t my interpretation, that was the garage that I took it to, and I have photos messages etc to back it up, I couldn’t brung the car to you as you put because it wasn’t safe to drive, it was MOTED as you put it or MOT’D, but all the issues were discovered that aren’t covered by an MOT, and also you have the Vauxhall KP66LLE back.

I am a repeat customer of Precision Motor Group and collected my third car BMW M135i, purchased from them on May 13th 2023. I was not only treated incredibly well but actually felt like a valued customer both from a service perspective and from a commercial perspective with deal we came to on part exchange and the new vehicle. Both Andrew and Paul are very attentive and helped with every stage of the process, even giving out free drinks to my children I took with me to collect the car. My 9 year old has even committed to buying from them once he gets his license. I am pleased to hear that Trust Pilot has removed the fake reviews as there was clearly and inferior trader looking to give negative feedback. I look forward to my next car buying experience with Paul, Andrew and the rest of the team at Precision Motor Group.

I bought a ford focus st line a year ago from these from the minute I got it home I've had nothing but problems with it and once I got the car home the next day in better lighting I've noticed it's been sprayed and not even a good spray job then the engine light came on I then took it to ford to look at and they give me a long list of problems wrong with it they believed the car may of been in a accident tire rubbing on the wheel arch was one of the problems I rang the dealer up and he didn't want to know at all and was very rude on the phone and accused me of causing the damage and problems with they viechle I'd stay well away from these cowboys they buy damaged cars for cheap and fixes them up in his own work shop with very unqualified workers
