Impressed with finish
Just had my first window clean.
The gent that came (I didn't get his name) was very friendly. He explained what he was going to do and what to expect. He also told me to get in touch if I wasn't happy with anything at all and they would come back and do another clean free of charge. Windows were sparkling when dry.
Very happy with the cleaner and the service

The very best window cleaners. I joined about 8 months ago and am so happy I did, my windows are gleaming with no streaks. Honestly so easy and I pay via my bank. Also as ive been with them for 6 months I got put into their raffle. And this month I won!!! £500 holiday voucher. Honestly the best surprise that I really needed at the moment. Love this company, the very best shiny windows. Thank you I'll always stay with you, you've never let me down.

We’ve passed your details to our customer care team, and someone will look into this and arrange a free reclean if needed. Resposta da Preen & Clean
Hi Christine, We’re really sorry to hear about your experience, and especially appreciate that you were dealing with such a difficult time while your son was receiving chemotherapy.
We’re sorry that your concerns about the sill have taken longer than expected to resolve. We understand how frustrating it must be to have contacted us several times and feel that your concerns haven’t been properly addressed.
We’ve requested some further information from you to help us locate your account and review the history of the issue. Once we have these details, we’ll be able to look into this properly with the relevant team and establish the next steps.
We’re sorry again for the frustration caused and hope we can get this looked into for you. Kind Regards, Preen & Clean
