I would give negative stars if I could!!! First of all this company is based out of china directly. I should have realized, my mistake. I ordered a memorial ornament for my husband who tragically passed away very young. The first one they sent it was Missing the “s” in always. The second one came broken and the image was crap. The third one came and was broken! They claim they can’t give a full refund and don’t provide shipping labels and gave me the address to send it back to China!! At that point they would give me a full refund, minus the shipping back. Absolutely unbelievable! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. If you can even call it a company.

The pillows are not what they said they would be , waste of money , I paid over $90 for two pillows and they are not with the money I paid, PayPal closed the case on their side so refund . DON'T ORDER THE PILLLOWS , false advertising as they are nothing like what they advertised.

Total scam company. Paid over $100 for 2 pillows that were supposed to be custom 3D truck pillows like advertised on their website. What you actually get a month later (after paying extra for expedited shipping) is flat and looks completely different from what is advertised. So disappointed as these were to be my son’s main Christmas presents. It not only came in the mail very late but then the anticipation was met with major disappointment after opening the package. This company should not be in business. Very false advertising. They also advertise they offer a 100% money back guarantee but when I emailed them they offered only a 10% refund.

I ordered a custom pillow and payed for 90 dollars for it with vip shipping but took over a month to arrive. The pillow online is showed as being 3d and very big . But it came flat and nothing like the pictures shown online.

What I received was nothing like what I thought I was ordering. I thought I was ordering a 3 dimensional pillow of a truck for $75 but ended up with a flat pillow and a picture on it definitely not worth $75. They advertise a product with multiple incorrect photos. When I reached out they offered 10% Discount which is not nearly enough considering it's completely false advertising. Do not order from here!

False advertisement the pillows are NOT 3D they are flat. Don't be fooled by the pictures they post.

Absolutely beautiful.
Exactly as shown in picture.
Time from order placement to receiving was acceptable as it came from overseas.
Will certainly buy from this company again.

If I could give zero; I would. Cheap product and didn’t even come in correct even after a month shipping that was “VIP” shipping for a extra $20… it took a month. On top of that Customer service is non existent.
Don't waste your time, absolute garbage.
