What can I say? A team of exceptional technicians who have developed products without which I couldn't work as well as I do. My compliments to these talented and always available people, even outside their own field and their specific expertise. TOP!

To manage multiple stores, I spent months researching ERP software and infrastructure in Türkiye. However, none of them offered the extensive features of PrestaShopManager. Imagine ERP systems without XML import and export capabilities... You're manually entering products and trying to list them on your website... It's incredibly difficult. After years of trial and error, we've now decided to purchase PrestaShopManager. We highly recommend it to everyone.

I bought a lifetime license from them.
Curently they say i cant use it because they dont provide anymore the software for that license. they can provide me the software only if i buy updates.
That is mindblowing. lifetime but only for 12 months. then you only have a key code that use for nothing because you dont have the software if you changed PC or reinstalled windows.

Their customer support is the worst ever. I have an old license with them and, on a new PC, downloaded the newer version to see if it`s worth buying. The newer version has some bugs which I went to customer support to report. They told me that they cannot fix them because I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO USE ANOTHER VERSION APART FROM THE ONE I HAVE THE LICENSE, even though I clearly told them that I just wanted to try the new software. They not only not fixed my problem but threatened me that I had to pay before I could use THE TRIAL VERSION. Beware, once you buy from them, they tread you like trash.

Great experience so far and great demo/support. Helped a lot for websites migrations a bulk updates.

This is the single best software for Prestashop that you will need! It combines the utility of many modules for a fraction of their price.

You can import.export products as easy as it gets, mass edit products (names, prices, quantities), even create PDF catalogues with a few clicks. You can manage all your stores in one windows with an ease. You can even use this software as a digital warehouse software.

It is just too much for the money you pay!

And the support is super fast and reliable.

eMagicOne are doing a great job. Store Manager is a core tool for our business (47k products and growing). Support is awesome too!

Prestashop Manager does everything and more aiding and assisting the setup and running of our Prestashop websites. The features available are too many to mention but what we love the most is the ability to run automated scripts from files on suppliers websites from which we can run on a scheduled basis the automatic update of stock levels and cost prices.
We also love the MarketPlace integration as well the addon to create a pdf catalogue of our products.

The software is so easy to use and updates (which are frequently issued are pushed directly to the software to be downloaded.

The support and guidance provided by Ira and her team is simply first class. Simply email across your issue and more often than not a reply and answer are given the same day.

I would not hesitate in recommending to everyone with a Prestashop website in the purchase of the Prestashop Manager software / package. It simply is first class, easy to use but above all the support received is amazing.

The service that I have received over the years to help me manage my PrestaShop has been consistently outstanding and reliable. No matter what the issue is, Customer Service and Technical Support have always resolved the problem quickly without fail. I always know that when I ask, I will get the help and support I need. The follow up is very good as they make sure they have addressed all the issues before the ticket is closed. It gives me the confidence to manage my store even though I am not technically inclined!

Dont Buy licencse ! scammers. I purshased a license as they should me a life time access to the store manager. Once you purchase they give limited downloads of EXE. Give support for 6 months After that they will stop an some access with the license and you again tried to contact them they will ask money for new software download. These guys are foolng people from long time and no one is loogin into this. I am going to log a complain against them to US govverment and also to india to block their website . so that they cant fool more people

I am very satisfied with the easy installation and workflow of the Prestashop Manager program. The workflow and product management time needed to do the same tasks went down to 30-40% of original time spent. Needless to say that sort of mass editing is only available in other modules or this Prestashop Manager app.
Vendor communication is very friendly and I get quick responses everytime.

This company is really something different. Seldomly i get in touch with a company that offers both a spectacular product and then matches the quality of the product with their customer support and knowledge.

The support team and the technical guys are always there to help. And, the responses are also very fast and accurate.

Sometimes i'm amazed about how good they are to understand my requests, cause they can be somewhat complicated and hard to describe. And so far, they have succeed every time.

I highly recommend EmagicOne and the Store Manager as the Go To application for mass updating your shop!

Without this application, it would have been literally impossible to achieve what i have managed to achieve to my webbshop.

This is a very useful software with an amazing support. Before purchase my license, they spend many hours explaining to me how to proceed and solving a lot of queries. And once purchased it, they continue providing support as well.

Never could get Store manager for Prestashop software connected to our site. Wasted 1 month. Emagicone staff dozens of emails could not get our site connected.

Amazing software . We manage 5 shops with the manager and ebay shops . its simple to use and the customer service is amazing ! We have loose every day for years so many time to manage every single shop , now with the prestashopmanager it takes just some hour in the week, and we can concentrate in marketing and productiobn. if you want a software and a cusomer service team that really helps you , thank you need this software !

This is a highly recommended store manager. It offers plenty of features like bulk editing, products import, export, and so on. The feature I like most is to sort out products that do not contain any image from thousands of imported products. Another great feature for me is to import products from Prestashop to Amazon and eBay. Moreover, it allows me not only to mass edit but also upload products from different formats especially google sheet. The price is reasonable which is a one-off payment. Last but not least, their customer support is excellent.

I have been using the program for over two years. Even for a store with a small number of products, it is very convenient. The search function, the bulk change function and filters are very helpful.
Positive sides:
- works fast
- many functions
- convenience
- technical support that answers questions

Negative:
- periodically updated and you have to pay for updated versions
- there are bugs, but they are not critical
