I have been searching for a wedding guest dress on various websites for a family wedding in July and found you in my search. Your variety of dresses is outstanding, however all our too long to suit my needs and style, however on returning the dress I ordered you’re customer service team were excellent and efficient from start to end and I highly recommend you to others.

Bought a beautiful dress for my sister, the first size was to small, the returns and refunds were very efficient. The second dress had a slight problem, but Pretty Lavish dealt with very well and a big thank you to Keira for her understanding and proffesionalism

Incredibly disappointed with this…
Incredibly disappointed with this company, unwearable quality for an expensive dress and poor customer service not given full refund.
I order the Keisha maxi bridesmaid dress in February for my best friends wedding in mid may. When it first arrived I tried it on for about 3 minutes to just pin it to see how much I needed to take it up (I'm 5ft2). Then I took it up a few weeks later and tried it on again. At this point I noticed the seam under the bust was coming away (appeared to be poorly finished and the seam was fraying) so I sowed this up. I then tried it on again the day before the wedding to check it matched my shoes and one of the straps came away completely from the dress at the back. Upon inspection the other strap was only holding by a thread. At this point I didn't have any sowing stuff with me because I was already at the venue and therefore wasn't able to wear the dress. To sum up dress literally falling apart (in three places) after being worn for less than 15minutes total.
Contacted customer service and got repeated AI responses for a few weeks which asked me to provide information/pictures I had already provided.
Finally spoke to a real person who advised me they wouldn't fully refund the dress despite the proof I had given of it breaking in several places and could only offer me a 40% refund "to cover cost of repairs" despite it being a bridesmaid dress I had bought for one specific day and had not been able to wear.
Very disappointing, really put a damper on a special day and terrible customer service and refund afterwards.

As the dress was purchased several months prior to the event and had also been altered, we assessed the situation carefully before agreeing on a mutually accepted outcome. We always aim to provide a positive experience for all of our customers and appreciate your feedback.

Amazing Customer Service
I have ordered from Pretty Lavish a couple of times now. The first dress I ordered for a wedding in Italy was so beautiful and I got so many compliments. I loved it so much that I ordered another dress for another wedding in Italy but unfortunately I ordered to the wrong address. Chantelle was so unbelievably helpful in getting my order cancelled and was so quick to respond. I was very very grateful for her help!
