The plant pot arrived damaged, emailed the company and got a speedy response. I was given the option that they could send another or refund. Full refund issued. No problem. Thank you for such good customer service

Great customer service

Lovely pots arrived promptly. One had unfortunately sustained some damage in transit but this was replaced very quickly.

The pots seem good quality and delivery was fine, but they were described as Antique Slate, so I was expecting a greyish colour, whereas they are more of a dark chocolate brown. Not a deal breaker, but I will replace them with fibreclay pots at some point down the line as I did want grey rather than brown pots.

Reasonably priced pots. Wasn't expecting much. Pleasantly surprised by how good they are.

The customer service is excellent, always kept up to date with order and delivery which was very quick, the pots I ordered were excellent value, unfortunately two of them arrived damaged although there were packaged well it must have been in transit, I emailed prettypots and Karl immediately responded and had two replacements sent to me by next day delivery with apologies. It made such a refreshing change to have a company so friendly, helpful, organised and willing to help the customer. I would definitely use them again and recommend other people to use them.
