I had my central heating radiators flushed by Pride Plumbing after a boiler failure (repaired under manufacturer's warranty) when the engineer pointed out the amount of corrosion in the system. The boiler has a magnetic filter for the circulating particles, but this can't get the bits that have settled in the radiators.
As usual, Pride turned up on time and got straight to work using the proper equipment. It took several hours so a thorough job was done and I was able to see the dirt that had been removed and trapped on the heavy duty filter system.
I like dealing with Pride Plumbing because they answer the phone, turn up on time, give proper quotes and invoices. Maybe not the cheapest, but reliability, integrity and competence matter to me and they have it.
Will use them again.

a result in what was a long three day task where a level of domestic disruption was unavoidable. They moved along ,step by step, in line with the schedule advised to us with the original quotation. Their expertise was obvious from the onset and the

Had a full bathroom renovation, bath removed for a walk-in shower, new tiling throughout, a full suite and floor replacement, plus external plumbing work.

Very happy with the service from quote to completion. There were some bespoke adjustments made during renovation due to the age of the house and its individual requirements with a lot of work to keep everything level when the room was quite uneven, but everything was explained clearly throughout the process.

Work was completed on schedule and the finish is excellent. Thanks to Anthony, Chris, Marcus, George and Dan for all their hard work. Would definitely recommend.

We rang Pride Plumbing as we had an issue with damage to a bathroom sink on a rental property that the tenants had left and we needed a quick fix.
Ant asked to us to send pictures of the sink with measurements and a few days later Daniel had been and completed a fantastic job replacing the sink leaving everything spotless.

Fantastic service. We had an emergency overnight after a flexible tap connector burst in our upstairs bathroom, causing a significant leak through the house. The plumber came out quickly the following day, explained clearly what had happened, replaced both flexible connectors as a precaution and fitted new isolation valves. He was friendly, professional and really put us at ease during what had been an extremely stressful day. He got everything sorted and our water supply back on. Couldn't have asked for better service and would happily recommend them. Thank you!

Pride Plumbing were fantastic from start to finish. We had a clockroom/shower/radiator fitted by Dan. Everything about this company from quoting (and a very quick lead time of a couple of weeks) to finish was great. No mess and work completed in a week. Have used pride plumbing for a few years now. They do my boiler service, I have had a radiator changed and they have recently changed a sink for me. Always excellent service. Great communication. Work always carried out to a high quality level. Very happy with everything I have had done. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Chris and Jamie arrived on the stated time introduced themselves and immediately got to work. They caused minimal disruption which was appreciated as my son works from home. They were courteous, keeping me informed throughout. Chris kindly explained to me how the system worked , leaving me his card to contact him should I have any issues. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic company I would highly recommend. Had a new bath, shower and radiator fitted. The 2 guys from the company arrived on time, got on with the job and were polite & courteous. There was no sign they'd even been there afterwards given how clean they left things - just a lovely new bathroom! And the price charged was very reasonable. Would highly recommend!
