Primelane shipped an art work for from London to the Côte d’Azur. Pick up was good, painting was wrapped well. It took about a month. Delivery was leaving it in our garden without signature. Driver just left.I will never use this company again and can’t recommend them.
Overall very happy. Quick response to my initial request for a quote. Very competitive price. Good communication throughout with artwork shipped from London to Switzerland well within agreed timetable. Would definitely use again should the need arise
Antonio was very good to deal with - professional and quick to follow through. The chair Prime Lane shipped for me was wonderfully packed and protected and arrived in days. I am most appreciative

As part of buying the Georgian clock I was pleased that I chose Prime Lane to move it to my home. The man took a lot of trouble and care in the dismantling, moving and reassembling.

Antonio provided an excellent service throughout and the consignment arrived safely.
However, the rigid shipping crate label became detached overseas and this caused delay.
Suggest modify crate exterior to allow completely secure attachment of all labels for return journey to UK.
Antonio and the team at Prime Lane were fantastic from start to finish. Great price, super supportive throughout, and they handled every obstacle with ease. The artwork was very fragile and arrived safely and in perfect condition. I’d happily recommend them to anyone needing fine art or fragile item shipping.

Excellent communication with Antonio at Prime Lane, very clear instructions & also a punctual pick-up. The antique table was crated very well before being air-freighted from London to Vancouver.
I'd highly recommend.
Prime Lane were extremely helpful in advising about shipment of a large picture to New Zealand. We used their services which were friendly, helpful, super efficient and the item was very promptly delivered to NZ with great communication throughout the process. At a very reasonable cost too.

I needed to ship my artwork to the United States for an exhibition. It was my first time being chosen for an exhibition, and I was very unsure about the process. We recently contacted Prime Lane for the transportation of 20 servers from East London to Munich, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Their team handled everything with professionalism and care—unmounting, securely packing the servers in wooden crates, and delivering them to Germany within 10 days.
The two technicians who came to collect the equipment were especially impressive: diligent, respectful, and extremely careful with our fragile hardware. Communication throughout was clear and responsive, which gave us complete peace of mind.
Fully satisfied with the service and will definitely be using Prime Lane again for future shipments.

Antonio was a pleasure to work with throughout shipping my painting to the United States. I was worried about the “tariffs” that Trump has implemented, but Antonio eased my mind by explaining the shipping process and next step necessary if the tariffs was implemented.
