Great experience! I open my RothIRA in just a year it has grown.

I was left an inheritance of a mixture of investments. Primerica's Ms M, who was/is the Regional Vice President in University Pl. WA assisted my friend's daughter,Ms. Q who is a bank manager and part of a secret cult covenant in the state of IL, who had been stealing and hiding funds from his account for many years & would often refuse to disburse his funds when he asked her to. Ms. Q was very angry that he left me everything in his Roth IRA account making me sole beneficiary with no others except a generational inheritance to my children after I'm gone. Ms M the RVP assisted her in stealing it because they have special affiliations with other people that work in different areas of management in different places of business that we all frequent especially state and gov departments who control things behind the scenes whether lawful or unlawful this is how they covertly steal from you and me. Most people are not privi to this knowledge but are aghast when something like this happens to them and they cannot understand how or why. I have the Primerica paperwork that proves I am the Primary Beneficiary of the Acct. But when I went to my friend's custodial manager, Ms. M, she lied saying he had no beneficiary and the Roth IRA was going to go to probate, (thinking I'd believe that blank), but it broke my heart knowing that this woman grinning in his face for these few years would wait until he was dead and betray his and my trust like that. I knew better than that because my friend loved me dearly. We are elderly now but we went to HS together lived in same apt complex growing up. And I trusted him in what he told me and showed me about the account. It was confirmed when I contacted headquarters. They gave sincerest condolences and sent me out the letter but sent the wrong application. He made me the primary beneficiary and my children the heirs. And he fashioned it in a way that it explicitly stated this fact. Primerica's agents cannot be trusted with your assets period, we are not talking about a few thousands of dollars. We are talking about stocks and bonds, annuities w capital gains etc. to include land. My friend always took care of me and he loved me and his surrogate children because we were not ppl who asked for, or wanted anything he had. But he always looked after me. Not one time did my children ask him for a dime and I believe this is why he loved them so much. They treated him with love and respect unconditionally because I loved him the way I did and they could see his love for me. His children all except I'll say the youngest was not like them. And he made provisions separately to the two youngest but the rest he did not and when he died they cremated him knowing it went against our faith. They blocked me from getting the death certificate which he left me the life insurance policy and I was not able to get for months after he died. This is the type of power and control she & these agents who are colluding together with her have.It is a cult. Although, I have proof of my standing as a primary beneficiary they still refuse to send me the forms I need or access the long form death certificate to manage my inheritance. These people are beyond dishonorable. And the sad part about it is that the public has no clue until it happens to them. I reported this to Primerica how the daughter went into the account and removed me completely with a change of beneficiary and a transfer of the assets but they ignore my complaint because they want to force me into probate so they can steal a portion or all of the assets, what they haven't yet stolen anyway. They have blocked me so that I cannot even see what they've stolen or start making a claim. I'm sure she's stolen all of the money in his bank accounts etc. And this is how Primerica does things. I'd say stay away from these people they are dirty and not to be trusted. I just wish my friend had had better discernment. I spoke with the another RVP in Puyallup Mr. Flyn last week who said he would get all the neccessary paperwork I needed to me after acknowledging my status from (my paperwork I received from primerica), by yesterday. Yet I never heard from him. I wrote him today to inform him of what's going on today asking him about the forms and paperwork he was supposed to send but now all of a sudden he can't tell me anything but to address my concerns to Primerica. This is beyond belief. No, I'd never chose these people to hold my money or assets. They are not trustworthy or honest. This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had dealing with the pain of losing someone I love deeply then the family & the financial institution my loved one trusted to safeguard our family, did the exact opposite intentionally & with purpose. I just recently was sent a work from home job which was Primerica. The interviews were quick and I thought I was really getting a job. I'm a single mother of 6 tight on cash but against all odds I paid for the "insurance license." I haven't heard anything back from these people I've reached out to multiple people asking for a refund it was $125. No one has responded but it's showing that they read the message. I only made it to orientation so I'm not understanding why they won't give me a refund. This is horrible after researching this so called company my worst fears have been confirmed. A pyramid scheme. I'm so over these companies when it's people really out here looking for jobs and we can't get a decent job. Like a real legitimate job these days. In order to work now you have to know somebody who knows somebody in order to get a job and that is ridiculous. This company is in Texas. Their names are Samantha, Celia and Gustavo (husband and wife duo). DO NOT RECOMMEND TRASH COMPANY

I paid my premium for twenty years. When it came to renewal I signed the relevant documents assuming payments would come out. I didn't realize payments hadn't been coming out after 5 months. Primerica canceled my policy. I found out the agent had accidentally deleted my banking info. They said I would need to requalify. I didn't qualify. Now after all those years of payments I am now without coverage. I feel like I was totally scammed because of my age.

Many problems have occurred since I joined. They haven’t followed proper procedures, have done sketchy things and have been chasing me for all of the wrong things. Very unhappy with my time there.

I love PRIMERICA for what the Company stands for to help families get back on track with financial options. I am a happy client for over 12 years.

This is a fraudulent company. Please do not get any insurance from them. I have been paying almost 60 dollars a month for 30 years for term life insurance. I just got a letter stating it'll go up over 200 dollars a month. This was never explained to me in 1996. I have wasted so much money. This is scam so please do not get any insurance from this bogus company.

I am writing this letter to inform you that I Darrian Love policy was declined coverage after being insured for over 20yrs as a child ryder, I was told by my agent Juan Murillo BHN20 that child ryder covered me to age 25 so at 26 I would be guaranteed Re-insurability, we never received a letter to take the steps to convert the child ryder and start my own policy, my mother Gertrude Love Dinkins and Lahamma L. Turnbull are the original policy owners. She has been insured with Primerica for well over 20yrs and has done everything to keep her policy current and has converted 2 other child ryders to continue their own policies, so I want to know why I was declined? because I'm a healthy young man and I'm working on my bachelor's degree for my future, so I need to know what medical information you received, and I would like to be reconsider for Life Insurance. I have 4 other children as well as my deceased husband was covered under this company since 1996. Your company failed me once with not sending a letter out in regard to Rickey Dinkins, your company excepted the mistake made on their behalf and insured Rickey Dinkins. When Mr. Jerry Dinkins passed on December 13,2023 Mrs Love aka Dinkins attempted to convert the child Ryder of Darrian E. Love a representative on January 24, 2024, I called in to speak to another representative about conversion at this point two different representatives told me to wait until 26 years old. Again in 2025 I reached out to company again in retrospect to conversion for the representative to tell me the same thing, in connection with our conversation she stated a letter of reminders will be sent out and to respond once I received it! I’ve never received a letter informing me of child Ryder expiring October 30,2025, I’ve just turned 26 years old this year. I’ve been trying to convert since the passing of Mr. Jerry Dinkins in 2023 only to be given the run around while grieving the death of a parent! There are several policies with your company my parents have carried for many years, attached are names and policy numbers. Rickey Wright, (mother) Lahamma Turnbull, Monique Turnbull (sister), Rickey Dinkins (cousin), Gertrude Love (grandmother) and owner of all the policies, her. This should tell you about my parents and how important it is, and they’ve stressed life insurance is necessary. Primerica please play recordings of several phone calls made to your company under this phone number 786-503-9006 & 786-512-9308, you will hear conversations about my conversion request on numerous occasions. Please reconsider your denial due to errors on your behalf. With this being said, my son Darrian can pass any drug, alcohol, hair follicles or slobber test if deemed necessary! My family loyalty speaks for them as well as any child Ryders that follows!

Didn’t have a good experience with Primerica

I have been a client since 2010 and love the peace of mind that my children will be keep our house thanks to the life insurance that Primerica offers and the legal services they provide. The investment part is great and helpful for retirement and another asset to leave for my children if my husband and I passway early. Primerica is just great for my family.

My son joined this company against all and everyone telling him not to join an MLM. Still he joined and i as his mother and to get his approval went with him and yes no one forced me to buy a life insurance but i thought i would buy it and cancel it sure he would get over it and quit i can assure no one in Primerica brain washed me, They sold me a life insurance that was a term after 20 years they kept secret that after 20 years I would have had to pay 1500$ a month and kept going up and they did not explain that, so I told my son Jonnathan I’m going to cancel this it’s crazy! Not knowing that his mentor sells him insurances and idk how many things weekly or monthly they are stripping him of every cent so when I cancelled he has blocked me and never spoken to me again in months because of the brain washing his menter Omi or Omar I’m not sure his name, has done! Please beware they work like a cult and they don’t care taking all your money! The address is 3426 w 84 st suite 201, Hialeah gardens, Florida they brake up families and cause damage! Beware

Worked there briefly and had a terrible experience. Was told I’d get a refund check that never came on time, and they tried to make it seem like it was my fault. The job was nothing like what was described — mostly recruiting, not a real career opportunity. Unprofessional and misleading.

Primerica is a really great network marketing financial service distribution company, been with them since 2005-2006 era. The only things are we need to make our service to clientele align with our crusade, because we are so obsessed with the crusade that we overlook customer service. it's legit because if you think about other businesses use the network marketing model, but in their own way. if this was illegal especially since we are in a highly regulated industry, we would have been shut down when we first started in the late 1970s. The other area I would like to address is the processing of death claims, because twice I and two of my clients (one of them i lost already) we had to wait a long time before getting the benefit cheques. If we are to attract and retain not only clients, but also recruits we have to expedite the cheques and send them out in a more efficient time frame, because my recent client had incurring interest on debts on post funeral and final expenses, which she really needed the money for, what i've experienced twice now is unacceptable and i know Primerica can do better than this.

They fraudulently took 3 times ach payments out of one of my business accounts ( completely unrelated account] for a Janet Garcia. I have no account with primerica!!!!!!!
I even called them up telling them I do not know that person!!!!!!!! Fact is anyone withdraw money from your account….. chase bank said I need to change my business account number if I want prevent from happening again!!!!! Is anyone going to investigate this company?????

Great investment product and simple concept

I live in the UK and i have the appalling misfortune to have had my retirement account invested with Primerica, where it has been since the mid 1980's. I have had the most extraordinary difficulty getting my money out - after 2 years of trying and trying to contact them (which is very difficult from overseas) I have now had to spend £300 on a Medallion Guarantee stamp (hard to get in the UK) and just when I think I am nearly there, now they won't even give me an email address to put on my outgoing letter so that I can use a Tracked postal service. I get the strongest feeling that they want to keep my money and not let me have it - never in my entire life have I had such a complicated and disobliging company to deal with. Why wouldn't you just give out an email address? You also cannot access their website from overseas, so it's impossible to create an online account, so EVERYTHING has to be done by snailmail. Their advertised phone number doesn't connect from overseas either, so you have to search and search for a number to speak to them, then they pass you from department to department and noone gives any answers.
