Absolute cheating disgusting filth scam of a casino!!! Do not waste your time and money, they will completely fk you over and claim all this bullcrap to try justify themselves but will never offer you the proof when ask for it!!! They are the most disgusting scamming crooks, STAY AWAY

This has NOTHING to do with a “gaming session not going as good as I hope! The gaming session was fine, as I won $5k with bonus funds having cleared the wager and all, which I tried to withdraw and yous confiscated the winnings claiming I breached a bonus term, which none of the 5 different support I talked to could confirm what the breach was and they all each gave me a different reason which we’re all proven wrong, then yous claimed I had done a $20 bet while the max bet allowed was $7, when I know for a fact I did NOT do such bet! And then coincidentally enough I wasn’t able to view my bet history through my account, and after reaching out for yous to provide me with the information I have been basically ignored and it’s been more than 4 weeks so far and all iv been told is they are still working on the request!!! 4 weeks to provide information that is usually easily accessible, but obviously yous know there is no such proof and that’s why yous are refusing to give me the information!!! So this review is about the blatant lies, cheating, scamming, unprofessional, disgusting operation of casino!! Pigs

Been using the site on and off now for a while don't actually know why I bother because it's not one of the good casino's, today I deposited about £280 it's money that I won from another casino so even though I lost it I'm still up, but the reason why I lost so much is the bonuses on this site are basically none existent!! You all ways seem to get 2 scatters never 3/4/5, so yeah I lost £230 and I got free spins just once 🤷, now if you're doing spins from 10p up to £1 even the LAW OF ODDS say's the odds are you should be getting a few bonuses here and there but nope nothing, and then on my last £50 I changed the game and it was just the same thing free spins are not happening! But I perceivered, and then eventually I got 1 and then a few more, only to get whatever you get for getting the 3 scatters, and I was ranging from 9 - 13 spins and a few of them just gave me dead spins absolutely nothing on that many spins how is it possible to do that and then repeat it a few more times 🤷, oh and you've got to love their version of big bass splash 🙌, you get your free spins standard 10 sometimes 12 if it catches the 2 extra free spins but just 1 poxy fisherman in that many spins again and again it's not on! Might as well burn your money or or give it to a deadbeat junky at least know know that someone else got a buzz off your money rather than losing it here

Its worst gaming site and its worst customer service.If you play for fun be aware that you will not find anything fun.Worst payout and also if you will win some money you can’t be sure that it will be added to your account.Im waiting over 2 months when someone explain or even replay where was my winning gone….They said fair and secure….Nothing like that.Its not fair, it’s not secure and customer support is so rude and impolite.
I’m really disappointed.I understand that there is not so big chance win Big but sometimes people play just for fun ….fun is when you get some payouts and you can continue to play but PrimeSlots just take your money.Usually on another gaming sites, on good gaining surer you receive some bonuses or weekly cash backs or loyalty rewards but primeslots just take money , you can deposit £10 and you can deposit £500 but you will never got bonus or some loyalty reward.Maybe once per 2 months-10 free spins on some trash game where you will won 0.02p or if you are very lucky person you will win 0.10p
Usually I not leave this kind of review but today was last straw,I was trying to speak with customer support first but this lady she was ignoring my questions, she texted me their favourite - we are very fair and secure company bla bla bla and after she just leaving chat. Will happily take deposits from a…

Will happily take deposits from a verified payment method but when I want to withdraw to same method they are asking for documents from a previous card that's no longer used and the account is closed. How can I provide documentation for something that no longer exists, chat agent was of no help whatsoever. My account is still innactive over a week later.

UPDATE
Your CS is just as poor, took six days to reply to my email with a generic responce that did not help in any way with my issue.

Bad luck and bad casino are 2 different things

It's funny how anyone who looses puts up a bad review .....just cuz I have bad luck can you really blame the casino? I sure don't think so.....I deposited 10$ 3 spins in I won mega jackpot on a .60¢ spin won 260. They do have winners but not everyone can win.....the guy who at is hert attack is blamed on the casino.....maybe you shouldn't dump so much cash if your clearly having a bad luck day that's on you not the computerized game. People shouldnt get so angry when they have bad luck and if you do then shouldn't base a review on it luck and how the casino is are two different things . For withdraw issues....yes I'd complain about that too I don't blame you folks

Petty excuses not to pay

Played prime slots for years had no problems until now…I deposited with a new bank and card a few months ago and closed the bank down I then added my new card I am now unable to make withdrawals on my account as they need proof of a card I deposited with months ago what I no longer have or even have access to the bank account.
They can see I haven’t used that card or bank to deposit for over 3 months so why would they need them card details!!!
Lost a good player as was my number 1 site I played all the time!

Advertises 110 no deposit free spins…

Advertises 110 no deposit free spins for signing up and 10 free spins with a £10 deposit but they don’t give the 110 free spins without a deposit. Live chat took over a hour to respond once past the bot stage first time 8th September 2024. Appears they don’t like responding to new customers as didn’t get a response for over 3hrs on the 9th September 2024 and by that time I wasn’t online. Today 10th September 2024 I’m still waiting been 2hrs so far. The advertising clearly states no deposit required for the 110 free spins so they’re using false advertising to get you to sign up. Will report to the regulator to look into and hopefully they’ll either honour the advertised free spins or change it to be clear they’re not giving you anything for signing up without a deposit. I have tried to contact support multiple times live and they say it’s been reported and will be looked into but as yet it’s been 72hrs and there’s no update. My username is bazg205. Funny that the reply to this review was done within 12hrs of it being posted yet I’ve had no response to the issue over the freespins. I have screenshots of all transcripts to show the initial response right up until now showing every failure to respond or resolve the issue. Tried adding them on fb but can’t find them, the company with the same name claims to not be this company. The company claim the offer isn’t even though they offer everything else listed on the advert. Looked and every single advert or sign page has the 110 no deposit free spins advertised so the company is falsely advertising to get customers and then refusing the advertised bonus. Avoid this site as you won’t get what they say
