The reason that PrimrStyle gets a 5 star from me, is not only quality at proper pricing. I just had an experience where my order was not going to arrive on time and a great professional agent that knows what customer service is and overcame the problem and delivered the item as it needed to be.

Before I ordered I researched Prime Style to know who I was dealing with and make sure of their reputation. I first ordered an engagement ring and shortly thereafter a wedding ring to match. I'm extremely pleased with the quality of both items and the service I received.

I have to admit to being skeptical, especially given price point was below the cost of my long time friend and trusted jeweler. I have to say communication of status via email was efficient and prompt, delivery was within promised time frame and finished piece exceeded expectations.

I had such a good experience with PrimeStyle. First off, the selection was wide and contained an amazing variety of styles. When I decided to purchase a ring, the process was easy and painless. The company kept me informed of what exactly was happening with my ring until it arrived. After it arrived, my fiance and I received so many compliments, unless it was free, I couldn't be happier. The price and the Quality of this item was just what I was looking for. Excellent customer service as well, they were very helpful and courteous.

I must admit that I was hesitant to order an engagement ring online. However, the fantastic sales staff, particularly Thomas was extremely helpful in selecting the correct ring and choosing the perfect stone. I have yet to give it to my to be fiancé, but I am positive she will be just as happy with it as I am. Couldnt recommend primestyle more. Will definitely use this site again.

At first, I was extremely apprehensive about making such a large purchase from an online only company, and about buying jewelry sight unseen. After months of debate, I decided to take the plunge. I'd worked with Thomas on a number of occasions, and he was extremely confident throughout the whole process, and ensured me that what I would receive would be incredible; and he wasn't kidding.

I received the bridal set in early November, about seven days after placing the order. I was in awe just as soon as I opened the box, I couldn't believe what I was looking at. I'd been to numerous jewelry stores, and was discouraged by the pricing for what I'd wanted, let alone the inability to get a ring in platinum. I took the bridal set in for an appraisal, and the jeweler was astounded by how much ring I got for the price.

There were a few small issues with the ring, nothing that would have ever been noticed unless it was specifically pointed out with a magnifying glass, but I was slightly concerned. I'd decided to reach out to Thomas, and he provided me with a return label the same day and I shipped the ring back to them to have my concerns addressed. I'd decided to propose on Thanksgiving day, so Thomas next day aired the ring back to me just in time, which I was extremely grateful for. They really go above and beyond for customers. When I opened the box for the second time, every single concern I'd had was taken care of, and the ring set was absolutely perfect.

I proposed the next day on Thanksgiving, and my fiancee loves the ring. I can't tell you how many compliments she's gotten on the ring, and how many compliments I've gotten on my jewelry selection skills. I knew what I wanted for her, Prime Style made sure I got exactly that. Looking forward to working with Prime Style in the future.

I was very sceptical having read some of the reviews, but as we sometimes say kept my powder dry until my ring arrived. I was really impressed and would have no hesitation in ordering again, also they were really good at communication.

I was a bit wary of buying an engagement ring over the phone and on line. However when I 'youtubed' the ring all I saw was sparkle. What I got was over the top perfect. The diamond was so clean. The bride to be has something on her hand for the rest of her life that she would never dream of upgrading.(When her mom approves then you know you have done well). I went to the Jewelry Exchange and saw something similar in 10K gold and an I3 diamond (they tried to convince me it was a gray colored diamond- it was plain dirty). For a lot less than that I got a VS1, more CT weight in platinum,to boot!. I went to upscale Jewelry shops on Newbury St Boston- nearly the same ring- 3 times the price.
Talk to Thomas. This man is an expert and feels like family- and the immediate rush of trust was there. Purchasing the matching bands there, sent a colleague there,too.If I did not think that I got the perfect ring at a price that was amazing I would never recommend them.When someone goes back for more you know you chose a winner of a place.
What guy does not want a good price, with a ring that the bride gushes over and family looks at you with a "Well done" look.
