Easy to place an order online, quick and accurate delivery.

When they say they will ring back they ring back. When they say they will leave a note for someone they do it. I was having problems with resetting a password after a new router was installed. I was quite agitated. Andy took me through the process step by step - once in July when for some reason we still do not know, the wireless network stopped working properly; and now in August when a new router was installed. He and other staff are unfailingly courteous and patient.
They don't claim to be technical but they know how to give help with the important basics to do with printers. Also:
When they say an order will be delivered, it is delivered within the time frame they give - normally 24 hours. What a great company.

Best price I found and detailed specs that let me check it would fit a tight space. What impressed me most was a courtesy call after ordering, letting me know my chosen model was going end-of-life and suggesting a newer one — which turned out to be cheaper per page, so the extra cost pays for itself inside six months. Advice against their own immediate interest, which you don't often get. Printer arrived promptly, set up easily, prints beautifully.

It is always really easy to order Printers and consumables from Printerland. Just recently ordered another new printer with consumables for one of our clients and they were delivered next day with good courier notifications for the deliveries. Our client is very happy.
