Great Customer Service
We were recommended a printer by our IT Specialists. Very easy to order online, then received a phone call to say item was out of stock but could replace with another model. Very prompt service rather than just leaving it and receiving an automated response. Received item very promptly and then follow up call to make sure everything was ok. Would certainly recommend.

Couldn't Ask for Better Service
From start to finish, the service from Printerland was outstanding. The ordering process was straightforward, communication was excellent throughout, and my order was dispatched and delivered incredibly quickly.
The product arrived exactly as described, well packaged, and in perfect condition. What really stood out was the level of customer service. Matthew took the time to follow up after delivery to make sure everything had arrived safely and that I was happy with my purchase. That kind of proactive customer care is becoming increasingly rare and was very much appreciated.
Overall, a first-class experience with excellent customer service, competitive pricing, and exceptionally fast delivery. I wouldn't hesitate to order from Printerland again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable supplier.

I specifically ordered a HP 149A Black Toner Cartridge late in the afternoon of 24/06/26 which was packaged on the next day 25/06/26, and delivered to me by Fedex the following day on 26/06/26. The service and delivery was impeccable. Many thanks to the staff at Printerland who dealt with my order to my complete satisfaction. Well done.

Years of excellent service
I have been with Printerland for several years now, and always experienced great service - promptly answering phones, very knowledgeable re:questions, friendly, excellent prices, and fast deliveries for my laser printers. Have stopped shopping around as I would be prepared to pay slightly more for their excellent service!
