We ordered about 200 tshirts Late October 2025. We brought it on the day they were have a big sale and if you sent over X amount you got a free coffee machine etc. First response they didn’t have the same colour for all sizes so we had to change the kids tees, ok fine. Then they didn’t have the correct sizing for the kids tees, so we either had to go 1 up or 1 size down, ok fine. We gave them at least 6 weeks to do the order. Came to the point where on the last day before we needed them to fly out of Aussie they arrived. Great. We checked the orders only half were there, even while been told the orders were both shipped at the same time. We flew out of the country and had to get my brother to send it over to us in NZ during Xmas time. The day of the reunion we finally got the remaining tees or so we thought, we were missing some. So people had to miss out and there was nothing we could do. From dec 2025 to date April 2026 we are still waiting on the remaining tees or a refund. It took them 3 months to respond back to us and we still have no answer. Lastly the “free coffee machine” what a scam we were told only if we gave them a 5 star review they would send us the coffee machine. What a load of rubbish.
Only thing good about the order was the online sales assistance Jess that tried to help us. What an ordeal. Just don’t use these guys, pay a bit more to get your products and no headache

Scam - Run Away - do not use

Run Everyone Run. Do not use these criminals. I ordered a dozen or so printed t-shirts on Jan 18. Told it would be a few weeks to print then a week for delivery. Contacted them seven times to get an update and a tracking number. Told each time it is only 4-5 days away. Threatened to claim refund on April 8 and they have gone silent. Do not use this scam organisation.

Undelivered items

ordered hoodies from this company and have still not received them well past the expected delivery timeframe.
Lack of responses after several emails, instead of providing a tracking number or proof of dispatch, I’ve only been given vague updates and excuses about “stock issues at the warehouse.” I was told to expect delivery within 7 business days, but there is still no confirmation the order has even been sent.
Offering free items to make up for the delay doesn’t fix the core issue — I paid for products that haven’t been delivered.
At this point, I’ve had to request a full refund as I’m no longer confident the order will arrive.
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend ordering unless you’re prepared for long delays and lack of transparency.

They did not deliver my order

They did not deliver my order. Said it was damaged in the warehouse. Promised to send new items with more as an apology, but these never arrived either. Then they said I would be refunded. But I never received a refund.

They will tell you, that your order was held up at the warehouse.
I ordered 11 hats on 25th December. it is now the 17th of April, and i am still being told that the warehouse are dispatching them, and i will receive them this week. i have multipul emails over the last 2 months, with the same reply.

Order never delivered

Our university society paid $2037.75 to PrintOFY (operated by Aariz Industries Pty Ltd) for merchandise, and we never received the products.

Communication was extremely poor. We were only given a contact named “Jessica,” and when we asked for a full name or phone number, none was provided.

When we tried to follow up about our order, the responses we received were dismissive and provided no real updates. Our student society ended up losing over $2000 and dealing with unnecessary financial and administrative stress. We never got the product despite three fake "delivery estimates". Since then, PrintOFY has cut off contact. They ignore every message.

Paid in full, no products delivered, and very poor communication. Do not purchase anything from this company.

Do not use this company

Multiple times I have been lied to about the status of the order. When you do get replies the response is short and abrupt. If I could give a negative rating it would be negative 5 stars. Do yourself a favour and purchase products from another company.

Item never sent, poor communication.

Ordered a product - intended as a tester for a future run - in November. Come January I have not received my item. I email Printofy and they tell me that it will be posted the next day and to expect a tracking number the next day.

Mid-February I still have not received the tracking number, let alone the item. I contact them again and get no response for another week. Will be charging back my payment.

Scam site, steer clear!

Ordered x50 T-shirts 21/11/2025 with a shipment date of 19/12/2025, multiple follow-ups since with various excuses (often contradicting the last)
Now I have requested a refund they have gone silent.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

great communication, great quality but were late

We ordered 100+ shirts in different sizes and let them know we needed it within 4 weeks b/c we needed them overseas for an event. Most of them arrived a few days before we left. A few arrived the day after so we had to express send it o/s. We then realised we were missing a few shirts and have had to follow up. However, Jess was in communication with us the whole time and helped us follow up with the warehouse whenever there was an issue. Everyone was happy with the quality of the tee shirts too which was a bonus.

Just short of being a scam business

Just Short of being a scam business. First order of 50 staff uniform/shirts, date of event given with over a month lead time, throughout the whole process good communication and told it has been delivered. Nothing received then stop of replying to e-mail when requesting a rightful refund. No product was received and specific event staff shirts redundant once the event was over so no longer needed.
Instead of the refund Asked for credit for a 2nd order then and placed a much larger order to my stupidity. More than month lead time again. Good communication throughout again, told file received is print ready and production will start straight away, a will be delivered to me no later than December 7th. Date passes I asked where the order is and they say I need to approve design work, nothing received to approve after a few days get design to approve (Same artwork I originally gave) approve that day, told will be delivered that week, not to worry. Out of the 55 shirts, 21 was delivered and when I ask about the rest of the order, no response. E-mailed them every day since for refund or resolution. Short $1,757.75 of order completion and request for refund. Zero response. No number to call or address to go in person. Nothing short of a scam company that has good communication to take your money and order and then once they don’t deliver on your purchase go quiet on both separate occasions. Should not be operating as a business as this looks like a repeat habit reading all other reviews

Buyer beware !!
Ordered in August 2025 it is now December 2025. Have been in contact on many occasions, they don’t answer emails but reply back on instagram and they have said they were delayed and then said they had been sent this was over a month ago which Im assuming they also lied about.
I think they don’t make these products themselves and outsource to china but wait until they have a large enough order size to fulfill their quantity discount hence heavy delays on everything.

Order number #7772017 never fulfilled

Order number #7772017. Proofs approved 2/07/25, paid in full $346.27. Multiple emails have gone unanswered, with the very rare reply being a basic statement of should be sent out soon. My first request for a refund was answered by someone from ORDERS requesting Ed from OPERATIONS to follow up. No names, no acknowledgements of the customers issues, an internal email sent as a reply to a frustrated customer who is out of pocket for a product that has not been received. Its now 29/10/25 and still being ignored despite asking for a refund multiple times. Do yourself a favour and stay away from these guys, they should not be in business, they should be ashamed of stealing money from small business's already doing it tough.
After me posting this review on their social media page, they reached out with another bullshit story of getting another supplier to print the order plus extras and that they are there to help. Told me ill have shipping details in 2-3 days, a week later they have blocked me from their page and ceased communication again.
Will be filing a report to Office of Fair Trade this week.

DONT TRUST PRINTOFY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I’ve order and paid for my order in may 2025, it’s now end of October and I haven’t received anything, I’ve contacted multiple times and left with no responses. I definitely wouldn’t recommend. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Good design guidance, good product, perfect service!

For a new project I had to find a few personalized trucker caps. As this was the first time and as volume often is an issue I had kept this on the backburner until I found Printofy on FB. Very good guidance and quick responses. Top service and high quality product. Very happy with the caps!
