Great service, received very large print job next day. Wish I'd found this company.

Great service and great price. I ordered 201 pages with a lot of colour in them and I'm very happy with them and the colour is great which is good as they are techniques for watercolour painting.

I ordered some poster prints for my business, and they came out horrible The font had been changed, not correct spacing between the letters
I also asked for a specific picture to be put on one of the posters and never happened dealing with the customer service. Pretty much told me this is not their fault and they’re not taking responsibility. Also I ordered the waterproof paper which came out to be just normal paper. I’ll give this company a zero if I could absolutely horrible customer service and product

There wasn’t any damage, and the product arrived in perfect condition. The black-and-white manga panel print is very sharp and detailed. The quality is excellent for its price, and it looks great on my wall. It feels sturdy and well-made, and the printing is very clear. Overall, I’m really satisfied with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone:)

Pay extra for overnight delivery if you order before 2pm. I did this on a Sunday afternoon expecting it on Tuesday. It didn't get to me until Wednesday afternoon, making it totally useless - straight into the bin.

No number to call. No response to email. They do not care.

FYI - in response to your response, it’s kind of fraudulent to charge for “next day delivery” when what it means actually is “next day sending”.

You’re ripping people off with this option. End of story. Clear from the other reviews which I wish I saw before wasting my money.

So I had ordered an overnight print delivery of a scientific poster that I needed for a conference, on a Friday afternoon. I needed to put it up on monday. What the company doesn't advertise is that they use auspost and so the poster wasnt delivered until the evening of Monday. This was mainly my fault as I should have anticipated but I just want you to be aware that you won't get your delivery over the weekend d

Ordered A3 prints in the morning and they were in the express post that very afternoon. The colour prints look great, highly recommend PrintOnline.

Don't buy overnight delivery, they don't guarantee it and they don't refund you if it's not successful.

Supplied an image to print passport photos, these morons enlarged it to A4 making the prints useless.
Terrible service Express delivery took 4 days.

I ordered some A1 posters and they arrived with a white border around them. I wrote to them to explain that posters shouldn't have a border and they said it says on their website that it will not have a bleed. Well, it must be in the very very fine print as I can not find that. If it would have been more obvious then I wouldn't have ordered. That's probably why they hide it. Scam artists.

My prints have come out completely unusable due to the image quality being apparently low. The customer service has been shocking, just a copy paste of the T&Cs. You do not get any preview of the images you will be receiving either. I have taken the exact same images to another printing company and have received amazing quality with the same size print.
It's far cheaper to instead just go somewhere else in the first place.

Print Online were super quick in printing and delivering my books. Price was superb too. There was a small discrepancy in my printing (miscommunication I think), and after emailing them my concerns, they responded the same day and reprinted and sent my new books within a day. Would highly recommend this service.

Not long after making my order I got a phone call checking on part my order about sizing. The staff member was so helpful making sure I got what I wanted about the sizing I explained that I wanted to frame the series of Bee pictures in matching black frames. They turned out great and look fantastic in the simple black frames.
I also ordered a larger print of a well known painting, Monarch of the Glen, that I had ordered the download of some time ago. They printed it as large as they possibly could to fit the paper. I was very happy with how the beautiful Stag turned out, as beautiful as the original.
I will definitely order from Printonline.au again.
