Outstanding service but poor delivery
Outstanding service except for delivery.
Ordered 4pm Thursday and Delivery Friday over the holiday period.
Only issue was delivered to neighbors despite explicit instructions.

Your product was reasonably priced and I really appreciated the prompt delivery. I needed one of the drum units urgently for our Sunday service and after ordering it on the Thursday before, it arrived on the Friday. That, to me, is Service with a capital S!!!
