Returns
I purchased the sensory box as a gift, but the recipient already had the same item. Since the website states there’s a 30-day return policy, I reached out twice via email and also sent a message on Instagram to request a refund. Unfortunately, I haven’t received any response. This is really disappointing, especially as the site also promises email replies within 24 hours—it's now been well beyond that. Very poor customer service so far.

We're extremely sorry to hear you've had a poor experience with us. Having searched for your query and name (in both our emails and customer service platform) we're unfortunately unable to find your email regarding this - so maybe it hasn't arrived with us? This will be why you haven't had a response.
We have absolutely no problem at all in providing you with a free paid for Tracked returns label, alongside your refund even after the standard 30 days offered on our website. We're more than happy to do this for all customers.
Unfortunately as our team is so small, we're unable to provide customer support across our emails and social channels, so we do want people to email us directly for us to sort asap.

Very disappointed with the quality of…
Very disappointed with the quality of the items in the newborn sensory box. I was expecting a very high quality product as it is from a family run business and for the high price paid. The gift is for my newborn grandson and now I’m hoping that the return process is an easy one as he’s going to be here any day now. I have emailed as requested to begin the return and so fingers crossed the company will be quick in sorting this for me.

Terrible company
Waited two weeks for my order, when ordering it states 48 hours! The box has finally arrived but has items missing. Getting in touch with someone is almost impossible again states someone will be in touch within 24 hours which isn’t the case. Expensive, quality is poor and the customer service is shocking!

I'm so sorry to hear that your order not only took longer than expected to arrive, but also contained a missing item - I can only apologise about this. Can you please contact support@priyaandpeanut.com so we're able to get this sorted for you?
I'm not entirely sure where we've written your order will be delivered within 48 hours, as our shipping methods suggest 1 working day for dispatch + up to 7 working days for delivery. Orders can unfortunately go missing in transit or delivered to the incorrect address / safe place, which may've been the case with this order. That being said, we do take your comments on board and will look to speed up the shipping methods we use.
We do aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours, however depend on how busy this is, it may take slightly longer. Our team also doesn't work weekends or bank holidays.
Please get in touch and we will rectify this for you and provide you with an additional refund as an apology also.

Poor customer service & product
Sadly a poorly run small business. Being a small business owner myself I feel very let down and wouldn't wish this service on anyone.
Took 11 days to arrive with a non-tracklable shipping option. Spoke with Rob in emails, and have had iffy customer service experience tbh.
Products are of poor quality for the money and not of gift-able condition to a new parent (family member)
Website states they will get back to you within 24 hours... 9 days later I finally have a return label.
Sadly very disappointing.

We're extremely sorry to hear this is how you feel.
I can see that from emailing our support team to our response, there was only a wait of 38 minutes. As we are a legitimate family run business with only a few members of staff, we're unable to man every platform to give fast responses, hence why we do recommend emailing our support team, as responses are typically made within 24 hours - of which this was.
I can see that this did unfortunately arrive 1 day after our expected delivery window, which most definitely wasn't over 2 weeks in total.
All of our items are designed in house by Anna for Priya & Peanut and we hold stock of our products - these items certainly aren't drop shipped, please feel free to review these sites, as you won't find any of our designed products on there.
Attempting to disregard and attack our small business, reputation and family story with your made up lies and assumptions, without even allowing us to respond to your questions, worries and queries is really upsetting and hurtful for small businesses like ours.
We can take accountability for speeding up our dispatch and delivery times and will take your review on-board to better and speed up our processes.

In regards to the pen marks, our pens are kept away from the products on our packing station, so I'm really unsure how these may have come about. Again, had you have emailed we'd have been more than happy to have replaced these items.

Excellent products and great service on all occasions.
As we have 8 grandchildren we have placed several orders with Priya & Peanut over the past 4 or 5 years and have always been really happy in fact delighted with both the quality of the designs, products and the overall service. As long as we are blessed with more grandchildren we will purchase gifts from this company and recommend them to all of our friends and family.

Very dissappointed with the quality
I received a few baby & early learning products and sadly was very disappointed. It seems to be a company that imitates other small business products but at a much lower quality and a much higher price.I would not recommend. I suspect made in China.

Sorry to hear your disapointed with our products, had you have emailed us we would have been more than happy to issue you a full refund or exchange on any unwanted items.
We are a small, family run business with 3 people making up the team. We pride ourselves on quality both in the materials used and the designs and illustrations being created in house in the UK. Our Early Learning flashcards are printed in the UK, as are all of our stationarwary. A few of our fabric items are made in China, which we are open and honest about.
Based on our customer survey feedback and reviews on our website, I feel it is fair to say our Flashcards are competitvely priced to those on the market and our customers are pleased with the quality, price and delivery recieved.

Firstly, I can see that your order did arrive to you shortly after leaving this review, of which we can only put this down to us dispatching this item slightly later than expected (due to the weekend) and the fact that Royal Mail had updated us to inform us of expected delays due to the snow & icy conditions at the time - ultimately, of which we should've been better and emailed you on so you knew that the order may arrive delayed, of which we can only apologise about.
As we're still an extremely small team (and handle the customer support ourselves) we're unable to spread ourselves to message requests on Instagram too, so can only apologise about the slight delay in the response you received via email.

Amazing products
Amazing products! My daughter is so engaged when using them. I'm able to occupy her with the foil blanket and other items in newborn sensory box so I can get myself ready, which for a mum with a 4 year old and the school run to do is a godsend!
