I’ve had a back problem for about 5 years now, just in the last year it got really bad I had pain even walking. I’d had previous treatment from a chiropractor and osteopath which helped but only eased the problem for a short period of time. I decided to give Proback a call as I wasn’t coping at all as I mentioned. From the get go they were fantastic. I had a consultation and X-ray and they could see the problems I was experiencing. Proback put a shockwave treatment in place following on with some exercises and all I can say is Wow! Wow! Wow 95% of my pain and discomfort has gone, I can walk , work and Surprisingly dance again . I haven’t finished my treatment program yet but so far I’m so happy with the results and would like to say a huge thanks for your service absolutely top notch.

I herniated the disc in my lower back a few years ago and received excellent treatment from the Proback team with extreme care and attention. I saw one of their senior consultants whom from my X-rays, was able to recommend and put me on a treatment plan which gave me life back.
I recently aggravated my back injury and needed urgent care to which the team responded with such great kindness and support that has helped me a great deal on my recovery journey.
I honestly don’t know what I would have done if I didn’t find the place.

I want to let you all know that I didn’t tough will be anyone able to help me with my low back pain and need surgery done which is the last thing I want to do.
Doctor Chris know me from about 5 years ago when I did some procedures just before Covid, he did the right procedures to help me with that.

I went there on november because i was suffering of herniated disc . It was the worst decision of my life they don’t care about you they just want money. I was treated by the main one and other chiropractors no one knew what the problem was. They love using shockwave therapy even if it’s not working on the patients. After i paid 12 sessions i have been told that the only way to fix my problems was with exercise and magnesium that i could have done it before without spending all of these money. If you want to be cured don’t go near there they want the money not your health. If you have any back pain please don’t go over there i am okey to be contacted if you need more explanation

I am so grateful I came across a place called Proback Clinic. I was in immense pain from something that I deemed to be an alien to my right leg from waist down to my toe.

When I came to Proback, I was told I needed a treatment called "shockwave treatment."

I also had to take an X-ray, and the empirical explanation that was brought to my attention from Proback gave me an inner smile that confirmed I was in the right place for treatment.

Thank God that alien pain has left my leg.

My journey with Proback, Victoria, began at the end of May 2024, and I will arrive at the end of my treatment by the end of October.
I received shock-wave and decompression treatments for sciatica and spinal realignment.

My journey began with my desperate search for someone who could help rid my body of the sciatica I had been experiencing for a number of years. Prior to discovering Proback, I had tried various therapies and treatments but nothing helped for long and I found myself living with constant leg, hip and lower back pain.

After my initial consultation with Proback, I knew I had made the right call; because at Proback, your initial consultation includes two visits: first you have your x-rays taken, secondly you see the results of said x-rays and have a discussion with a specialist.
This is where I had a major epiphany! When I saw my x-rays my jaw dropped because I was then able to see the condition of my spine which clarified the problems I was experiencing with my body. More than that, after my consultation with Probacks Managing Practitioner, Mr Arlind Cela, I reached a better understanding of where my pain was coming from. Mr Cela is no ordinary practitioner; this man is a miracle worker when it comes to the body and mind: I have had counselling over the years owing to PTSD and no other specialist has been able to do for my body and mind what Arlind Cela has done. In fact, every multi-disciplined practitioner I came into contact with at Proback, seemed to have something magical about them, so much so that after a few occasions of having
Mr Shola Adedo provide me with shock-wave therapy, I requested to have him as a constant because he just seemed to know were my discomfort was every time I saw him!

It’s important I write a review which is reflective of my experience. After experiencing sudden lower back pains I came here for an appointment. I was seen by someone who too the x-ray and he even indicated to me that my condition might be worser than it is - this only added to my anxiety. I was then seen my a woman who explained my results and indicated I had needed further treatment which if I recall is around £1600. Then finally you have the receptionist who followed up countless times to try and see if I would go on the treatment plan. What do they all have in common? Prioritise money/profits over patient safety. I then went on to see a physiotherapist and he advised me on a stretching and exercising program. The result? Immediately I saw the pain go away naturally and never looked back since. I would advise to avoid at all costs.

Christian was 10/10 I went in last week and could not walk 2 days later I was walking and 1 week later im almost fully back in the game. The reception team were amazing.

I am happy with the treatment I have received and all the staff are very supportive, respectful. They always check you all the time if you’re ok. The staff are also friendly and happy to help you.

I recently visited Proback for treatment of sciatica and posture issues, and I am incredibly impressed with the results. From the initial consultation, Christian took the time to thoroughly understand my condition and tailor a treatment plan specifically for my needs. His approach was both professional and compassionate, making me feel comfortable and confident in the care I was receiving.

After just a few sessions, I noticed a significant reduction in my sciatica pain and an improvement in my posture. Christian used a combination of adjustments, exercises, and practical advice to help me achieve long-lasting relief.

I went for an initial consultation and follow-up where my x-ray results were shared. Both were friendly and professional just seemed very early career rather than experienced practitioners. I think they were very busy both days so a little chaotic with 2 different therapists seeing me for first appointment and then same with shockwave therapy. I tried shockwave therapy and laser treatment but was given no exercises to do on my own. Given my condition is 3 months on I thought I would give it a go and I may get the more advanced treatments. The shockwave was ok - much like a massage gun and lazer I didnt feel anything. Each treatment was 20 min or so. The next day felt limited improvement and the cost and time to travel into to central was not worth it. I personally found local independent consultants usually charge less and have much more experience in a specific area. No critique of individuals I met with they were positive albeit rushed in their energy - I just didn’t leave with a belief this was the right treatment location for me. I am now focusing on 1:1 pilates which is £25 for 50 minutes and maya facial release ans radio frequency therapy which is £50 for 45 minutes.

I would highly recommend this place for anybody having back pain.my wife had the. Back issue took some shock therapy and she feels great. the price are reasonable as well also those guys know what they are doing.sadly we couldn’t carry on with further treatment as it was far for us.

I came to the clinic with chronic sciatica and in great pain. I found Proback to be very efficiently run and its staff concerned and caring. After 18wks of treatment I am functioning again so my experience has been a very positive one.

Frankly speaking I've been to multiple Chiropractor's but the first consultation with Dr. Chris was so amazing, the level of damage I have is very severe and he confidently represented with clear care plan which he implemented as said and within just 2 weeks of treatment I'm feeling much better than I was and most importantly his thorough knowledge about this profession,experience along with the jolly nature makes him stand apart and I'm really short of superlative to praise him more and even in future I'll go no where but to him if me or anybody around me needs Chiropractic help.
Now the other good thing is back bone of this clinic is Deepa who is very meticulous about every little thing when it comes to customer service. She takes utmost care from the moment you call to book in for the first appointment and it just doesn't stop there but goes long way every time when you see the smiley face, along with that she takes the feedback very seriously and spot on with the implementation of the feedback which is paramount and it is indeed a class apart. I'm so happy that I made right choice joining Proback clinic and strongly recommend.

I’d just turned 69 in September 2023 when I injured my lower back while carrying a heavy box up a narrow staircase.
Within two hours the pain in my lower back and down my right leg was indescribable. I couldn’t stand, sit, walk or even lie down without severe and constant pain.
Before my injury I was very active - I visited the gym at least three times a week, swam, rode a bicycle and, in the summer, played cricket every weekend.
But within a day my posture had changed drastically, with my spine bent severely to the right (by 32 degrees).
I saw my GP who prescribed strong painkillers and referred me to a physiotherapist, who merely printed out some exercises - almost all of which I was physically unable or in too much pain to do.
I was left with no option but to pay for my own diagnosis and treatment.
I arranged an MRI scan and x-rays (which indicated that I had one or more prolapsed discs and/or a trapped nerve) and saw three chiropractors, an osteopath and finally an orthopaedic surgeon. The surgeon recommended a laminectomy, the shaving of the vertbra(e) to create space for the prolapsed disc to stop it impinging on the sciatica nerve. The op would involve cutting through three muscles to expose the area to be treated and recovery would take between three and six months.
I asked whether the op would restore my back to the state it was in before I injured it and whether I would be able to continue with my active lifestyle. The surgeon said there were no guarantees.
After my consultation, I Googled details of the op and also spoke to several friends who are GPs. I concluded that, despite the constant agony that I was in, the chances of a successful outcome on my terms was less than 50 per cent. Considering the associated risks involved, I decided that I would do whatever I could to avoid going under the knife.
It was around this time that an advert for ProBack appeared on my iPhone - probably because my of constant internet search for cures/relief of my sciatica/lower back pain. I read about spinal decompression and noted that the aim was to stretch apart the vertebrae to create more space for the trapped disc, or free a trapped nerve. In other words, the aim was the same as the op but without the disadvantages of surgery. ProBack also stated a 90 per cent success rate, which were also much better odds than surgery.
Cost was another consideration. The basic op with some aftercare would have cost between £11,000 and £12,000. While no one at ProBack was able to estimate if my treatment would be successful or how long it would take, from what I had read someone with my injury could expect to pay around £3,000.
The first consultation with ProBack, which included x-rays, was also on special offer, so I signed up.
Despite the agony than I was in, the treatment itself - shockwave followed by decompression - did not hurt. But despite 18 treatments for twice a week I felt no real benefits and was still in constant pain.
But after my eighteenth treatment I woke in the night in intense pain in my lower back and right leg and foot. This lasted an hour during which I took painkillers and applied four ice packs. I eventually fell asleep and woke the next morning feeling that something has eased in my back. The pain was still there but at a much more manageable level.
I have subsequently had five more decompression treatments and my pain has lessened each time.
I have now, at the suggestion of my ProBack treatment supervisor, switched to once a month decompression sessions while I undergo back strengthening exercises at my local gym.
X-rays reveal that the disc spaces between my vertebrae and the lateral displacement of my spine are back to normal.
My pain level has massively reduced and I now have my life back - all without the dangers and uncertainty of surgery.

"There's no accounting for people's stupidity", says Managing Practitioner, Arlind Cela, about people who cannot find their clinic at the first attempt. So if you get lost or ring the bell for another flat, you're considered stupid by him.

In response to Proback’s reply to my review on 27th July:
1. TrustPilot’s mission: TrustPilot’s website states: “Read reviews. Find reviews. Find companies you can trust.” This aligns with my intention for leaving a review.
2. Christian Allard’s response: After my review, Christian Allard, a Director and presumably the owner of Proback, contacted me to better understand the issue. He was previously unaware that people were having trouble locating the clinic. Over the past year, I’ve had 2–3 people per month mistakenly coming to my flat. Christian also contacted the building manager in his office 50 metres from my flat. He has the same experience: 2-3 people per month. This amounts to approximately 48–72 people annually, suggesting the issue is more significant than just an “occasional” problem. And 48-72 is just from the building manager and me.
3. Not the right forum? My review prompted awareness and action. If I hadn’t shared my experience, Christian would still be unaware of the situation as his employees chose not to take the initiative and inform him.
4. The reason for the review: Life is indeed full of choices. I chose to leave a public review to ensure others take care finding the clinic and to highlight the Managing Practitioner’s attitude. It also had the unintended benefit of bringing this issue to Christian’s attention.
5. My suggestions: I have sent Christian screenshots from another website that shows a photo of the company's office entrance, as well as photos of entrances that aren't part of their office block. As of today, Proback has not yet implemented these suggestions on their website.
6. Ongoing issues: Since 27th July, two more people have mistakenly rung my bell looking for Proback. I chose to be polite and give them directions, although I could have mentioned that the Managing Practitioner thinks they are “stupid.”

Suffered with stubborn back pain for many years and had tried many treatments to no avail, until I found a superb all round successful treatment with Proback! The shockwave therapy worked wonders for me!
Can’t recommend them enough! Staff were excellent to match the treatment too!

I honestly thought after weeks of treatment elsewhere, lack of help from the NHS and other so called professionals, that I would never go back to a normal life where I could function in society. Thankfully, I was recommended ProBack and the treatment, albeit painful at the start, has been life changing. I can now walk pain free and stand upright. The practitioners are all lovely, especially Yohanis and I will be forever grateful that I am now myself again, rather than the terrified individual who walked through their doors in Victoria!
