Hi Camille,

I am sorry to hear that our pricing was unclear and that you were unaware of the increase after the first month.

We try to communicate as clearly as possible that the first month of our subscription service is at the trial price, with subsequent months' returning to 20% off the RRP.

The offer is intended to allow as many people to try Probio7 products before committing to buying them as we want probiotics to be accessible to everyone.

I can see that you have only purchased your first month. Our subscription service is flexible and can be paused, edited or cancelled at anytime, with no minimum period. I can cancel your subscription so that you will not be charged the regular subscription price.

I am sorry to hear that you were unaware of your upcoming charge.
Having taken a look at your account, I can see that you were charged for your next subscription.

We do our best to inform customers that they have an upcoming subscription charge by sending them an email notification 3 days before their next subscription date.

We have issued you with a full refund and the payment will be returned to your bank in the next few days.

Thank you for your review.

I'm sorry to hear that your first day taking the supplement caused you some discomfort. For some people, it can take a few days for the gut microbiome to acclimatise to friendly bacteria. Scientists are still unsure as to why some people react differently to the same probiotics.

If you are able to take the supplement for a few more days things may improve. However, if the discomfort is too much then please do not continue.
