Love this slim case
Love this case. I had a thicker heavier one on my previous tablet and I hated it so I was on the hunt for a slim case that would not add much weight and still allow me to hold the tablet upright or place it on a table sideways. This case is perfect for both.

We checked our records and found that you first contacted us on March 21, and we replied on March 22 asking you to confirm your shipping address, but did not receive a response. On March 25, you reached out again, and we replied the same day asking you to confirm whether the delivery photo matched your address—again, no response was received.
As of April 2, we proceeded with a full refund, but still have not heard back from you. Please kindly check your email (including spam/junk folders), as we have responded promptly at each step according to our customer service policy.
We are always here to help and would be happy to assist further if needed.

Great, sturdy product. Replaced a more expensive case made with cheap plastic. It was also shipped very quickly.
Points I like: soft plastic holds my iPad securely; backing and cover strong. Nice touches: opening at back to easily remove my pencil; volume controls cushioned with tactile buttons.

ZERO STARS SHOULD BE AN OPTION. DO NOT BUY
If zero stars was an option that’s what i’d give this company. I ordered a 2 pack of ipad air screen protectors and received an OPENED package that had wrappers for all of the contents in the package inside and ONE screen protector was inside but had been USED and had DIRT stuck all over it. I literally received NOTHING but someone’s TRASH.

I try and return a lot of cases before…
I try and return a lot of cases before I find one that's suitable for me. This one was my keeper because it was the only one that would hold my tablet up in landscape mode without it slipping down. Over the years I've purchased two Galaxy Tab cases. Over time the plastic has broken and because I couldn't find a suitable replacement for the Procase, I have double sided tape holding one corner of the Galaxy Tab in the case.

This company makes a high quality password journal
This company makes a high quality, well designed, easy to use password journal. The individual pages are a heavier paper and stand up well to many days of use, the alphabetic letters are plastic coated so do not bend or fade, each password entry is easy to identify with lots of room to add additonal information. The size fits easy in one's purse or business folder. This is a much more practical password journal than others I've look at in the market.

No surprises or disappointments
You had what a wanted, in stock. It shipped without delay and arrived quickly, intact and complete unlike the jerks at Amazon.

No delivery notification, horrible return policy
I was never notified of delivery and couldn’t find my package for days. The return policy is horrendous. They charge a 15% restocking fee and instead of providing and charging for a shipping label, you must pay for shipping yourself. I ended up not returning the product because between the cost of shipping and the restocking fee I would have received a refund of $3. They use Amazon shipping. You’re better off ordering the exact same product from Amazon for cheaper with free returns.

First, I almost lost the package because your delivery partner left it on the street, outside the building, and didn’t even ring my bell. Second, the quality of the product is so bad, that it only lasted a few days. It’s already broken on the right side.
