Poor communication
Well I ordered 2 pairs of training bottoms, and it took them nearly 1 week to tell me that 1 of them was out of stock and then just refunded my money and sent the other pair out.
Problem was, I’ve paid delivery for just 1 pair of training bottoms and now I need to find a different pair to order and will have to pay delivery again.
I did email them to ask why I wasn’t contacted sooner and given the option to select a different pair before they just delivered 1 pair. But unfortunately no one ever got back to me. Also you can’t call them as online orders can only email them.

Thanks for your review and apologies that our service wasn't up to the levels both yourself and we expect.
After looking at your order, we can see there was a stock shortage on one item within your order, unfortunately we cannot see any emails from yourself to us.
However, if you would like to place an order for another pair of trousers, please placed the order as "Click & Collect From Store" and reply back to your order confirmation email and we will send these out free of charge for you.

Shirt ordered (Basildon United) late September and received within 3 weeks. Kept up to date and informed of delivery. Appreciate shirts have to be pre ordered so was not expecting it in a matter of days. Shirt great quality, very pleased and good experience all round.

Unfortunately, this has been caused by ongoing stock delays from Adidas, which have affected the timely supply of certain items.
We have now received confirmation from Adidas that all remaining products are expected to arrive shortly, and your order should be completed by the end of October.
We appreciate your patience and understanding and apologise again for any inconvenience this delay may have caused.

We can see that your order was placed on 15th September, and would have shown on the shopping cart and where you selected your chosen shipping method, that your order would be “ Delivered on or before Tuesday 21st October 2025”.
Your order was despatched on 10th October, so ahead of the timeframe that was estimated and selected before placing your order.
Our team will always endeavour to deliver customers orders to them sooner than the estimated date, where possible, and we are glad on this occasion we were able to do so.

Contacting via email being given short response with little idea when items will be available for collection .. which currently 20 October and I placed my order on 19 August.

MISSING ITEM AND INCORRECT SIZE RECIEVED
10/10/25 One of the items I ordered was missing and some of the items i received were the wrong sizes. I called their customer service and I was told that they are not the right department to call. It took them a whole month to send my order. A simple order. No personalised items! One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. So frustrating.
13/10/25 This is a new review.
Please Prokit, where is hat i ordered. It was not included in the parcel in received. Also, I placed an order for a medium football socks and you sent a small size to me. Please can you refund my money.

Your order was placed on 14th September, and as chosen at the checkout, your order was placed with Shipping Method "Shipping - DPD Standard Delivery (3-5 Working Days) - Delivered on or before Monday 20th October 2025"
All club shop items are custom made with the club badge on items as shown online and are 15-20 working days.
Our team has despatched this order ahead of schedule, as your review was posted on 11th October, so less than a month and also ahead of your estimated date of 20th October.

Your order was quoted as 15-20 working days as the items are custom made and embellished with your club logo and numbers etc on them.
Your order was placed on 2nd September and fulfilled by us on 29th September, well within the timeframe you were quoted before placing the order with us.
Our team also responded to your request to add the two numbers to the shirts which you forgot, at no charge also.
We would appreciate an honest review of the service from ourselves, and the same for other businesses as “false” reviews, such as this one can be a real determinant to businesses.
CARELESS DELIVERY
My item was left just infront of the door. It could have been removed/ gone missing. I gave an instruction of where to leave it if no one is at home but it was not adhered to. Not happy at all.

Not impressed
Not impressed. Ordered 4 products from the website on the 1st of July. Received 2 products in Mid-August. Emailed them to inform them of two missing products. Received 1 of the 2 missing products a week later. Had to email again regarding 1 missing product and received that the week after.
Received all 4 products on the 12th of September, having ordered on the 1st of July. Ridiculous service.

Thanks for your review and we are disappointed that you didn’t receive a great experience with us.
The club were informed of stock delays with Adidas with their club items and advised them to push this to their members so that we could manage expectations and turn around items as quickly as possible for customers who ordered ahead of the new season.
You would have been advised on every shipment email what was still awaiting to be sent, and our team never needed reminding that you were awaiting items either.
As you said above, our team completed 3 different deliveries to yourself to ensure you had the items as and when they became available from Adidas, despite only one delivery charge being paid on the order, some companies would make people wait until all items had arrived in, however our team go above and beyond for our customers.
We hope you enjoy a better experience next time shopping with us.
Kit arrived late for start of season
My son’s club forces us to use prokit. I ordered the kit in July and we only just received it. In mid September. Half the team still haven’t received their kit and the season has started.
Gets two stars because the website is fine and the prices aren’t unreasonable.
But I wouldn’t touch them if it wasn’t for the fact that we were compelled to by the club.

The club were informed back in June when setting up the club shop that the Home & Away Shirt were delayed until early September into Nike due to stock issues.
However we prioritised all AFC Southgate orders once the stock arrived and they were despatched within 24 hours to all customers who placed orders with us.
We hope going forward you will be able to see our normal level of service and turn around times for items that are in stock with suppliers when placing a new order with us.
