Delivered 3 pairs of socks instead of 10 and no goalkeepers kit as ordered. Very disappointing as we've had kits from them before but never again as they obviously didn't trust our word.

Great customer service! Helped when i had entered my email address wrong (doh) and then a second time when a Trophy arrived without a title - dropped them a line and one was in the post within days.
Trophies were great quality and good value.

Ordered a pair of Puma Ultimate 7 soft ground football boots on 5/8/2024 for over £100- needed fairly urgently for start of season on 10th August. Received the wrong item on 7/8/2024. There is no phone number to call that is not a premium rate number. The return section of the online account states that the buyer is responsible for return postage. I would not be returning if the correct item had been sent out in the first place. It is a mistake on the sellers part to have sent out the wrong item and I am expected to pay to return in addition to paying for the wrong item to be sent out in the first place. I paid by credit card so will be raising a dispute unless ProKit UK can rectify their mistake by paying return postage for the wrong item and exchanging for the right one.

Really helpful and responsive. Did everything they could to ensure my son received his shirt in time for his birthday. The shirt is of a high quality. He will be really pleased. Thank you!!
