Omg what a terrible company

Omg what a terrible company! Warning!! Do not use this guy! I made an order on 12/04/25, the items were both in stock and not a preorder, and everything looked well when I received a confirmation email and then 2 days later another to say my order was on its way! I even received a tracking number.. but that was the end!… No more communication and the tracking information was just a dud! As Royal Mail tracking only ever stated “we’re expecting it.”
Even though I had paid for 48 hour delivery, I gave them 8 days before contacting them by email, as they instruct, but you guessed it! No reply! So I gave them 3 more days and emailed again! Still no response! After several emails with no response l had to assume I had been ripped off and he clearly had no intention of sending my order so I took my case to PayPal to open a complaint. PayPal very shortly after gave me a full refund. I really don’t how this guy has got any good reviews! But I feel I cannot believe them now. You have been warned!

When I emailed I did not receive any reply not even an auto response to say your store was closed for holidays.
This item did not ever track as dispatched, it only shown that a postage label had been created as it only ever stated “we’re expecting it”
After all my attempts to contact you, You only replied to me ONCE! Via social media when you, miraculously, were able to get a “signal” in the middle of a field away from all civilisation, and you did NOT offer to send a replacement! You only stated you can see it’s been dispatched and you will chase this tomorrow! But at that point you didn’t even know my order number?? And I had contacted you via a family members social media account. Not good enough!
The main bugbear is that there was absolutely no communication from yourself to my emails (and spam/junk mails was also checked regularly) Even when I asked you on social media to kindly respond my emails, maybe I should have just contacted you via trustpilot as you seem to reply to that quick enough!
If you want to get good reviews then have some thought about keeping your customers informed and updated. If you are ever away on the moon or even just taking a week off somewhere, where you can get a signal then at least have an auto response to the emails that your customers are sending, telling them when you will be contactable!
But then you couldn’t even send an email to offer an explanation or an apology after the refund was issued, and you had ample time to do this before I wrote this review. It’s only common courtesy and will build trust and maybe THEN your customers will have a little patience!

In reply to your update. I can only apologise if our auto message saying we where closed didn't come through to yourself, or may have ended up in a junk / spam folder? As this was on and sent out to other customers, so I apologise if this hadn't come through. In regards to signal we did visit places away from where we were staying so did get signal on occasion but as we were only with our mobiles I replied with the best information I could obtain at that time and had hoped to be able to get enough signal via my mobile to use the laptop in a local town the next day but unfortunately due to signal / security issues this wasn't suitable enough to be able to log into our systems whilst out of the office. So replied to yourself as soon as we got back that weekend.

As mentioned we did have it noted across our website and social media where you had messaged us noting that we would not be checking emails for this week and as such there would be a delay in replies, which is why we hadn't replied via email until our return, which I did via the PayPal case explaining the situation which should have come through as an email reply with the refund, which is why after processing the refund and explaining the delay via the PayPal case, I felt an email reply was unnecessary, but as with everything in life we all learn things as we go along in life and shall keep this in mind if such an issue ever occurs again with a follow up email. Once again I can only apologise that these issues occurred during the one week we where closed for holiday and that we haven't met the customer service expectations as this is never our aim and we shall of course look into why the auto response never made it's way through to you and look at bettering our replies when we are closed.


Hello Maria,

As mentioned across our website, social media pages and our auto response on our email. You had messaged us several times whilst we where closed / away on holiday for the Easter period which as explained is why our reply was delayed to yourself. I had replied during our holiday and notified we would look into this as soon as we could once we had signal to do so, as we were away in a field with little to no internet signal. Once I was able to access our systems I replied to yourself again at which point you had requested a refund so whilst processing this I saw you had also opened a PayPal case, so I processed the refund to yourself via this. It wasn't actioned by PayPal but by ourselves as requested.

As mentioned also the tracking page clearly stated the item had been dispatched / collected by Royal Mail, the parcel just hadn't been scanned into the local depot / network as yet, which could have been down to a damaged label or box, which has occurred before, as on the main tracking details Royal Mail will deem they haven't yet received it, despite it showing in the history part of the tracking page the parcel had been dispatched. Royal Mail's tracking descriptions are very frustrating, but I can show examples of this across many parcels we shipped the same day if so wished.

We would never mark an order as shipped if it hasn't been done, as it would only lead to situations such as this, which is something we never wish to happen and one reason I had offered a replacement to be sent out upon or return from holiday but it seemed my replies and asking for patience whilst we got some signal or returned from holiday was not good enough and this is something I can only apologise for.

I can assure you and others we work as hard as we can seven days a week to ensure orders and any issues are processed and resolved as quickly as possible and apologise that this matter occurred during the one week we take off a year.

Ordered the Ultimate Beetlejuice

Ordered the Ultimate Beetlejuice Bio Exorcist figure. Really happy with my figure. Such a great company and very quick to respond to email. Already Pre Ordered another Beetlejuice figure out in the summer, as the company is reliable.

Preordered Jada cyberpunk figures

Preordered the Jada cyberpunk figures. Couldn't find them anywhere else except on import sites. Arrived safely with packaging and paper wrapped around the boxes. Very happy

Ordered on January 30th, it is now February 10th still no shipping email and no order is received, no contact option on website and WhatsApp is unavailable

Professional packed, friendly staff.

Ive ordered a fair few times. Never had a problem, always got my stuff on time and professionally packed. Messaged once as I was going be away, when a pre ordered item showed as in stock on the site, thinking it might arrive while away.I reached out, and they were polite, friendly and let me know when it would be shipped and arrive in time before I went away.
I cant speak about others experiences but would say that with pre orders to some of the negative reviews, the set date is never set in stone and allocation of shipped stock is always at risk when coming from a supplier from overseas. Neca have let me down a few times when ordering direct. If pre orders are a concern, wait to see if the items come in stock or sign for a notification.

Very disappointed.

I ordered three Mezco figures that were clearly marked as in stock at the time of purchase. After waiting for delivery and writing to P&R three times to chase tracking numbers, they wrote back to say they had wrongly advertised three and only had one. This was disappointing enough, but after requesting my money back.....I'm still waiting.

Again I apologise for this situation and for our delay in reply to your emails, this was due to us being closed over the Christmas period, so we replied as quickly as we could upon our return. Also to confirm the refund has been processed but card refunds generally take 2-5 working days here in the UK, so the funds shall show back on your account shortly but this process is purely down to the banks as we have no control over how quickly the receiving bank processes the funds back to your account, I am afraid.

It annoys me that I am still waiting…

It annoys me that I am still waiting for pre orders one in particular is coming up for 2 years...I'm annoyed that items I preorder then get sold out and I am still left waiting.
I am having to cancel items due to the waiting time, and looking elsewhere.
When I first started ordering from props and replicas not a problem great service but it's gone down hill.

Hi Tom,

As I have mentioned many times in reply via email and here no pre-order items are being sold and not sent to yourself. We only list the allocation we have on order which on occasion means some items sell out whilst on pre-order, this doesn't mean we have ignored your order and sold stock to others, it is purely because we have for example ordered 100pcs, listed 100pcs and then sold the 100pcs before the stock has arrived.

We process all pre-orders in order they are received and as you know we have processed your orders as quickly as we can but we can only do this when McFarlane send us the product and in full, which we both know hasn't happened on several lines over the last year due to McFarlane's poor distribution into the UK over this last year. I appreciate the anger is always left at our the retailers door, but we will always do our best to fulfil every order as quickly as possible but we can only do this when the supplier (McFarlane) supplies us the goods, so as I have mentioned before the frustration is felt just as much by ourselves, and recommend this is sent on to McFarlane in the USA to show them how they are letting the UK fanbase down, as they only feel the backlash from us retailers which is never enough to change things.

Props & Replicas.co.uk provides a solid service overall. They keep you updated on your purchases and deliver promptly, with parcels arriving in secure and new-looking boxes. Collectibles are well-packaged and fairly priced, and I appreciate being able to request specific packaging preferences like mint boxes. Customer service is responsive and helpful, making it one of the better experiences out there. However, be cautious with pre-orders, as there can be issues with fulfillment. Despite this, their reliability with regular orders keeps me coming back.

Great Work!

Purchased from Props & Replicas before and hand no issues at all but specifically writing this review in particular to highlight the fact that they managed to restock an item that has been notoriously difficult to find.
Fans of this toyline (MOTU Masterverse figures) have long been complaining that 1 specific figure (New Eternia Webstor) has had a terrible distibution / release process. Yet somehow after receiving a notification of return to stock, Props & Replicas processed my order very quickly and within a couple of working days I had my the figure I needed to complete my collection.
Processing was quick, customer service was great and very responsive and packaging was bulletproof!! The boxed figure itself came in mint condition. Couldnt be any happier. Highly recommend!!

Thank you for your service.

This year I decided to give propsandreplicas ago. Would always come up in my searches, had decent prices, great stock and new hard to get. Especially for the U.K.folk.
Since the year is coming to a close, and recently just got an other Order (#60739). Thought I would give person(s) a well deserved positive review. Never had an issue. When I have asked what is happening with preorders, would always get a very informative reply. Even paying off orders bit at a time, they have always been helpful. But, on that note I do wish something more easier was in place. Like the use of partial.ly (maybe).
Will use again, for sure. Enjoy checking website out on the deals and new stock on a daily check.

I’ve ordered a few times now

I’ve ordered a few times now, McFarlane stuff so typically comes in pretty fragile packaging.

I’ve ordered from several places and i’d say these guys take the most care shipping i.e. wrapped in paper to stop the bubbles marking, surrounded in those foam thingy’s to protect the boxes, so recommended for the in box collectors

Extremely Disappointed

I ordered a prop well in time for an event and after it not being shipped after almost a week I reached out to them, only for them to tell me that the product I ordered was damaged so they had sent for another from their supplier. I would’ve had no problem with this, except I was not informed of this until I reached out, and by the time I received a response back it was too late to order another from a different site/seller. After I had sent them another follow up email, I was told they cancelled the order as it wouldn’t come in time and have received a refund. Quite frankly, the communication is poor, and I truly haven’t had a good experience with these guys, which is such a shame as I had heard great reviews. I still have yet to receive an email from them (asking if the item will ever be restocked, as I had just hoped this experience was a one off) and have yet to hear back. Really disappointed. Definitely wouldn’t recommend purchasing if you need it for a certain date.

Once again I apologise for the issues faced with your order. We hadn't felt the need to notify you of the damaged item prior to your contact due to us arranging a replacement to be sent out directly from our supplier which I was told would be done the following day via a 24 hour service, so this would have arrived with yourself in the same time frame as estimated at the time of ordering, however as we discovered we had been let down by our supplier and the item wasn't delivered as agreed, which I sincerely apologise for and is something we shall re-consider doing in future due to this matter.

I also apologise if we have missed an email asking about a re-stock, as it is never our intention to not reply to any questions received.

Service client impeccable

Service client impeccable, ils répondent avec rapidité et sont très professionnelle.
La qualité des figurines est top, et l'envoi est fait avec le plus grand soins, les figurines étaient parfaitement protégées.
De plus j'ai eu un soucis avec la douane française qui m'a facturé des frais alors qu'ils étaient déjà inclus dans le paiement, j'ai alors fait par de ceci au site et ils ont été très réactif et mon remboursé en moins d'une semaine.

Poor communication on pre-orders

I have ordered loads on pre-order which were not fulfilled and made me completely lose out on obtaining items which I now can not get for my collection, disappointed is an understatement, I will not be using them again - my advice is go elsewhere for pre-ordering, other places have always supplied my preorders. Very poor customer service - beware.

I once again apologise that we have not offered the level of service expected for yourself but as mentioned in our emails we can only fulfil an order once we receive the stock from the manufacturer. In this case McFarlane had not shipped any of the item ordered to the UK as yet, as no other retailer has received stock of this item as yet either, as can be seen by their very own pre-order pages. On the other two items ordered as discussed we hadn't received our full allocation of these two items when you wished to cancel but these did arrive at a later date as mentioned in our emails so these items would have been fulfilled if the orders where still in place.

I can see from our records we have also fulfilled several orders but you have requested to cancel three due to the delay from McFarlane, so personally I wouldn't deem three orders as loads which haven't been fulfilled, you are viewing your experience across one specific toy line with ourselves which all retailers have faced issues on with McFarlane over the years, as their distribution of the Batman 66 line has always been poor into the UK as previously mentioned in emails.

We rarely face such issues across other lines and again can only apologise we haven't met the standards expected and are always easily contactable via our contact methods if ever wanting to discuss any issues for all customers.
