I just finished the Safeguarding (Level 1) course with Prospero Learning, and it was exactly what I needed.

The lessons were really clear and skipped all the over-complicated jargon, which made the information easy to actually remember. It’s very practical—it doesn’t just tell you what safeguarding is, but gives you very helpful advice on what to look out for and what to do if you're worried about someone.

If you need to learn the basics of safeguarding without feeling overwhelmed, this is a great place to do it.

I actually much prefer the Prospero leavening format to National College which has a person showing at you. Just the voice and well laid out ppts is very helpful.

This course is a really good way to incorporate all the knowledge regarding the safety of children. It starts with simple notions and by the time you complete it you've learned quite sophisticated concepts and practical ways of applying them.

My experience was okay overall. The process was easy to follow, clear, and straightforward. Communication was good, and it was simple to keep track of the next steps. Everything was manageable and easy to follow up when needed.
