I ordered a Milwaukee jump starter from this outfit on 28th November 2025 who advertised as item in stock but yet again nearly a week later and nothing delivered,so after getting paypal involved i got an email from them stating in stock January 2026.what a joke of a company...AVOID THESE COWBOYS...
Just ordered with ITS Tools and they are delivering tomorrow,a proper company..
Now i have heard it all??they did advertise as in stock on the day i placed order..what tradesman orders an item with a waiting time of 2 months,,be serious...
It's now 10/12/25 and this company still have not refunded me.......YE HA. COWBOYS...

Our old website allowed pre-orders and stated an approximate ETA, and for the jump starter was showing as 5th January 2026. You are not the first customer to miss this date, so we are in the process of making stock-outs much clearer on our new website. Apologies once again and good news you managed to source one elsewhere from a reputable company with the same Trustpilot score as ourselves.
